they close early. please update the store hours online if theyve changed. walked to the store @ 3 pm on a saturday ( says they close at 4 ) with 3 packages in hand and they were closed.

There is only one person working in the business area. When I walked in, they were helping someone else and continued helping them for the next 15 minutes before I left to drive to the FedEx Office Ship Center down the street.

I am used to be served immediately in all FedEx stores. This authorized center is incredibly slow. I've been waiting for 20 minutes already with no contact since staff cares about print© customers, mail&ship ones are obviously lower priority to them... :(
