I seem to find myself at Ferguson often for plumbing due to their communication, variety and ability to provide me what I need quickly to keep a job moving forward. They are plumbing material experts and provide great input to select the best options for a job. I utilize this location for many jobs in this area.

Our AC went out and the AC company we hired was quick to get in touch with someone at Ferguson to secure a new compressor for us. They told us it was in stock and could be picked up the following day. Our tech arrived to pick up the part, and they had promised our AC company a part that was already sold to someone else. They said they could order one from Alabama and have it here in 2 days. When our tech called back after the 2 days, they said they had in fact not ordered the part like they said. They offered to have it expedited from out of state to get our AC back on faster. Fast forward 4 more days, and when our technician called them to come pick up the part... they had once again lied. They said they had in fact never ordered it and that we'd be better off contacting the manufacturer directly. Because of them, I have been with no AC for over a week. We could have gone directly to the manufacturer to begin with and could have had it in 2 days. In total, our AC will be out almost 2 weeks and to get in here in a timely manner I will have to pay $500 rush shipping. All because someone at Ferguson lied not once, but twice about our part being ordered.

Worst supplier in town, literally lied to me twice about ordering a compressor I had them order. Each time I called them they said it was never ordered after I asked them to order it. Told me the part was in stock and when I went to retrieve it they said it was promised to another customer AFTER I had already paid for this part. Not only this. The clerk I worked with had the worst attitude and told me his customer he wants to quit. If I could give negative stars I would. This mishap is now costing my customers upwards of $400 for shipping after the man who answered their phone told me to call another supplier. The level of incompetence I have experienced with Ferguson supply is out of this world insanity, and bad for doing business. I will absolutely never recommend this company to anyone or ever use these guys ever again.

Very professional and courteous staff! Employees work extra hard to make sure you are taken care of! Even though they are very busy they are willing to go the extra mile!!

If you are a homeowner take your business elsewhere. Unless ofcourse you like spending 2 hours in the checkout line. We were here to get a water heater replaced through warranty. We called at 3 PM on day 1 and were told the water heater ppl had already left and to call again next day. On day 2 we called and were told we need to come in to the store to place the order. We arrived at the store, stood in line for 45 mins only to be told we needed to tear the sticker off the old heater and bring it with us. Mind you, we already had a picture of the sticker. So day 3, we arrived at the store, and were here for 2 hours start to finish.

Came in to this store for the first time, had an emergency water leak and absolutely not a single worker had any care or concern at all of what we needed or asked to help us. We were in the store for almost 40 minutes to be checked out. I rarely make this bad of a review but I had to say something!!

I went into Fegusons today looking for 5/8 inch OD copper AC line. I went to the counter and asked the guy about 5/8 AC line sets. He old me he was not the AC guy, and didnt know anything about copper line. He then told me the AC guy had left, and he wasnt sure where he was??
The guy behind the counter proceeded to tell me how important his upcoming lunch hour was, and that I could sit down and wait for the "AC guy" to return. He said nothing was going to disrupt his lunch! He had no idea when this AC guy would return. Apparently Fergusons is unable to sell AC copper line sets without this specific individual being at the counter.
The counter guy couldnt tell me if Fergusons even stocked AC line sets, he didnt even understand copper pipe dmensions. How does someone this unqualified work at a plumbing supply shop??
Avoid this place at all costs and just order from Amazon. Place has gone down hill!

Don’t go here if you’re a woman. I asked a man if he was in line. He said yes so I stood behind him. I was next and they told me I wasn’t standing in line and helped a man that came up after me. Amazing that man didn’t tell me to go ahead and he’d wait his turn but no. I then walked up to the counter when the next cashier was available. He told me he’d be several minutes and turned his back to me. I will NEVER come back to this business.

Sarah at will call came in clutch. I called in an order at 4:35pm and they closed that 5pm. She went above and beyond to get a $1,000 order ready for me at 5:15pm. She is an outstanding employee. Will definitely come back and shop for parts l!!

I purchased a state lowboy water from ferguson. Even thought I could not find myReciept,and was less than 2 years old. TheyTold me they could not find any record of the transaction. I will never refer anyone to ferguson. It seems they want your money and after that it's like bye sucker. With my50,000 followers I would say stay away. I went to home depot to purchase a replacement. I hope this gets managementAttention . They said they would get back with me, really it's been a week and I supplied you the information you requested.as long as it have been in the business I have never seen a company have no regard for it's customers.
