Thank you Kyle for helping me choose a tire for my 08 Chevy Tahoe today after it shredded going through a local car wash on my way to work and thank you Jakob for putting on my brand new Bridgestone tire. You all got me in and out in an hour. Thank you ? so much Firestone. I am very grateful for your help and expertise today.

Had a headlight go out and was buying a bulb from a stranger. Because this area of town doesn't have any auto stores, to borrow tools, I called here, to see if they would assist in removing a screw that needs a non-standard bit, so that I could test the bulb.
Alex answered and was very nice and didn't hesitate to offer the assistance! I got there and he was just as nice and helpful in person! He even thought that I was going to need his literal assistance with the task and was still willing to help!
I TRULY appreciate the assistance, despite my request being abnormal, and even more so because it's a safety concern!

Chase was amazing! I came in on Sunday with a flat and they were BUSY. Chase was super helpful and kind. He put my spare on at no charge and FAST. He also gave me some great tips on how to drive safely with it on. Definitely will be back and recommend.

Wow! What fantastic customer service I received from Chase and Kyle! I had an issue with my undercarriage that Take 5 in Hutto caused and called Firestone to ask about what to do and Kyle set me up to come in on Sunday so his team could assess free of charge. I went in and Chase was so kind to take a look and secure my undercarriage. Informed me that I should go to dealer and purchase parts and if I would like, come back and he would glady take care of it for free. I did and he fixed it the next day. I know it was just a few minutes of work for him but THAT was great customer service!! AND then Kyle called me the next day to see if I was able to bring my car in to get it taken care of!! Firestone, you have 2 amazing technicians at Palm Valley and I am very thankful for them both.

Dropped off car at 8:00am for pil change and tire rotation. Asked if it could be ready by 1pm. They said no problem. But it was not ready till 330pm with no call that it would be late. Gave them cell number to call, but when ready they called my home phone of which was 30 miles from where I was all day and told them not to call that number when I dropped off car.

Dropped off my vehicle on 8/2/2024 for an oil change and other maintenance services. When I went to pick it up, the attendant informed me the technician working on my vehicle broke the driver side door sun/rain guard or visor. Don't know how it happened unless he was trying to start the engine without opening the door, like reaching in through the window. Anyway, I was told the manager would contact me about replacing it or reimbursing me for the cost of replacing it.
As of today, 8/23/24, I have yet to receive a call from them. I've called them several times about it and they always tell me that they're contacting the dealership about it. At one point they wanted an estimate and I was willing to give them one but again they said they were contacting the dealership.
I've never had to wait 3 weeks for the dealership or any other company to provide me with an estimate. They are just trying to blow it off hoping I will give up. I don't believe they ever had any intention of fixing what they broke.
My advise is to avoid this location as they won't be responsible for anything they break on your vehicle while working on it. I also saw one of the employees throwing a set of keys and remote up as they were walking towards it, one of those times he didn't catch it and fell on the ground. What if the remote broke, too bad, they won't replace it.
They will probably reply to my review with the usual, please contact us to talk about this issue, apologies, blah, blah. They don't have any intention of helping me. Take your vehicle there at your own risk.

They lied to my wife about the truck requiring an oil change. The synthetic I had in there only had 850 miles on it. I confronted them about it, they said that they were going off the vehicles maintenance schedule, not the dip stick ?. Luckily their argument was so bad that the manager conceded the point and dropped the charge. Additionally, they forgot to reset the tire sensors after a tire rotation.
Proceed with caution folks.

I went to this Firestone due to a nail in one of the tires on my car on a Sunday. Chase took care of me immediately. Chase explained to me that due to the tires age and condition it could not be repaired. Chase was aware of an upcoming July 4th tire sale and offered me a sale price for 4 new tires. He said the tires would be delivered to this Firestone and they would call me when the tires arrived. When they did call me when the tires arrived, we scheduled an appointment to get the tires put on that same day afternoon. That afternoon I arrived at this Firestone for the appointment, and they put on the 4 new tires. Perfectly good customer service and perfectly good car servicing. Thank-you.

They had the tires, battery, windshield wipers there at the store to fit my truck. Also, I'm retired military and they gave that discount. They got me in and out as quickly as possible.

I was just there to get my wheels balanced and was told my oil was “dangerously low” and I shouldn’t drive that way. I just got my oil changed through my warranty with my dealership so I had my husband look, and no my oil is perfect as you can see in the picture. I don’t appreciate the scare tactic and lying. We usually go here because they do good work and are on the up and up but I guess the current employees are not.

I just had another great experience with this shop.
I had a ticking noise, looked at it without an appointment and they quuckly discovered I needed oil. They put it in and ticking was gone.
Everyone was professional and friendly.
I highly recommend them.
