I worked with Alex the service and sales representative and Nathan the installer who did great work for me. Recently, I accidentally ordered the wrong size tires for my car but, Alex was able to get the larger tire size I need for slightly more. I was very pleased and I would not hesitate going back to this Firestone location for all of my car maintenance needs.

My recent visit at this location was the worst experience i’ve had. The store manager is incredibly rude, I could overhear the way he spoke about customers and his employees through the window. The technicians here took care of me and my vehicles needs but i’m disappointed in the management side of things.
