I recently had a frustrating experience at this location. On my way back from my daughter’s soccer game, my tire light came on showing a PSI of 11 due to a blade stuck in the tire. Since I was an hour from home, I went to the closest open location. When I arrived, Timothy checked my tire and told me they had only one option available, priced at $227 or $258 with hazard protection. When I asked if that was the cheapest option, he said it was.
My husband drove all the way from home to meet me. While waiting, he checked online and found that this location actually had two tires listed at $93 each. When he asked Timothy about it, Timothy claimed that price was only for other locations. We were shown no alternative, which made me feel misled and stuck with no real choice but to pay $227. Though my husband could have argued further to show Timothy that the lower-priced tire was indeed listed for this store, he didn’t press the issue as he knew I just wanted to get home.
We could have saved ourselves $100 if we’d been given accurate information upfront. This experience felt like a real disadvantage, and I wouldn’t return to this location. If you need tire service here, I’d recommend checking all available options online in advance.

This place is dishonest and does poor work. I was on a business trip and out of town. My wife took my car in for an inspection. They told her I needed all new tires to pass inspection which was dishonest. Those tires were less than two years old and were fine when I left for my trip. $50 to $2000 upsell. Congrats. A few days later, the valve stem came out my right front tire outside Rockdale 8pm. Valve stems just dont pop out if they are properly installed. I cant air it up so I need to change the tire. I bent my tire iron because the lug nuts were on so tight. I had to wait several hours and beg a wrecker service to bring me a me tire iron. Thank goodness I found a nice guy after hours. We had to put a cheater bar (extension) to pop off the lug nuts to change the tire. Why put them on this tight? It will strip the lug nuts. This place took advantage of my wife and then did shoddy work at multiple levels. You will overpay and get cheated if you take your car here.

They were super quick to help me and diagnose my bad sensor. They told me they could install the sensor and fix a leak, I paid. After I paid and the cashier was handing me the receipt he said it was going to be 4-4.5 hours. I said that would have been good to know before I paid. I asked for a refund and was refunded immediately.

Misdiagnosed the problem twice. Then when came to pick up my vehicle they wanted 3 times the amount I was quoted over the phone.

Beware: Some shops might claim they can’t fix your tire just to sell you a new one.
I took my car to another shop, and they patched my tire without trying to upsell me.
I saved about $200!

I have great experience with this service center. Mr Archie Jordy. Was very helpful he provided good advice for my 2014 Nissan rouge. He not only gives me right recommendations for the service but also provides me promotional offers and told me to wait until the offer starts and i was able to save extra $100 on my total invoices.No surprise bill after service. Pre service quote are fair and good recommendations for all services. I would highly recommend this place.

Word of advice when a customer calls for an appt check your mansplaining at the door .. as a veteran and YES a woman I know what the hell I'm talking about when it comes to my property and my vehicle. Firestones in other states have serviced my vehicles for years but you can bet I will never do business with idiots who talk down to me

Archie (the manager) and Matthew are so honest and competent. Dillon works on my Ram work truck and he is one of the best. I send all my church ladies and widows to these guys. I owned a repair shop, so I am confident to recommend this location.
