Your tech left oil all over my damn truck. The interior had motor oil in the wheel, transmission dial, radio buttons, hood, door, etc. I showed the manager before I left and he gave me a free oil change in the future. Still won’t.

Firestone location in Round Rock by 100 E Old Settlers. Employees are always very kind and open to help. I always like to go with them because they really care for the customers! Highly recommended!

Quick stop for a safety inspection. Met the new Mgr Cody. Professional and Courteous. I was able to get in and then had a tire rotation and free system check. I added an Oil change and new cabin filter. service completed in less than 2 hours and saved some money by using my Firestone account. 6 months same as cash and over $50 in discounts. Will continue to use this facility for my auto needs.

It’s not even the business the problem, it’s the staff, we had to travel with our work van almost 4hrs away we NEED the service, we spoke to ulises there with anticipation 3 days before, where we explained that we needed it ready same day and he 100% confirmed that we will have the van same day at noon, we went there today and they weren’t even expecting us or found us in the system the same person we spoke to acted like he didn’t know a thing even tho we spoke to him, don’t even have the tires we needed and we decided to not do anything because they made it really complicated

I came in to get a state inspection and I swore to never use Firestone again. I saw a new management banner outside and didn't have a choice. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and the new manager Cody was so very helpful. My faith in Firestone has been completely restored. I will definitely use this location again.

Amazing what good leadership will do for Customer Service and Experience!
I encountered a questionable experience with this Firestone location in December. At first, I brushed it aside until I uncovered other elements that led me to believe many things I paid for were unattended to.
After reaching out to Firestone's Customer Service Team, I was contacted by the NEW store Manager, Cody.
Cody was fantastic!!! He made me feel important, apologized for any substandard issues that has occurred before he got to this store, and made everything right by having the services done again under his watchful eye.
Cody is a great example of a leader putting the customer first to make something right. My trust in Firestone was not broken, but shaken. However, thanks to Cody and his outstanding service, I will absolutely continue to bring my vehicle to him and Firestone. Thank you, Cody, for being an exemplary ambassador of Customer Service!

I took my Chevrolet to a wheel alignment and when they finished and I came to check the handle, it was broken. I asked them to fix the problem and they didn't give me a solution. They said it's normal for accidents to happen and that they couldn't do anything and now I have to buy the part and pay for labor.

I showed up at 430 pm for an emissions test. I didn't know they typically stop doing them at 4pm, but Noah was still more than happy to help me. They even quoted replacing my tires for me and did it all with a smile. Thank you for the stellar customer service!! You don't come across it often and I was definitely appreciative.

The new store manager Cody Criswell Wentw out of his way to trouble shoot the problem under my dash replaced a Acuator Door, he gave me every discount and coupon and sale price specials available to me. I bought four new Fire Haulk Firestone tires he provided me with the highest level of customer service care and his service agent Noha also they gave me every possible discount and sale price both have great customer service care people skills. I have been taking all of my cars to Firestone same location now for 25 years and I keep going back. I'm satisfied with everything so far. Richard
