Clean, well-run, skilled location. Alex is fantastic- he works efficiently, maintains cheerfulness, and communicates openly. He really brightens the experience of taking your car to the shop. This location has my trust and my business!

I walked in right before closing with my Jaguar overheating. Ethan was so very nice to help me, came out to the car to visually look at it and was helpful in finding me options.

Jason and the team knew to fix the key issues that I was about to face with the car, hub bearings, tie rods, and they knew it would be expensive for me to do more services. They were accommodating and I am thankful for their support.

I've been a Firestone customer for more than 20 years. I never take my cars anywhere else. My home store management take very good care of me. They know me and my cars well. I currently have 3 cars that only Firestone mechanics touch. Ethan and Brodie are great people and great managers at my home store in Round Rock, Texas. I appreciate them very much.

I made a 9:00 am appointment and tell them I will come back. I get back at 1:45 pm and not only is my car not done, it hasn't even been started. The sign on the door of the shop said appointments only. I asked about why it was taking so long and was told they only had one man working. Why bother with making an appointment if they can't keep them.

Had appointment for waiting for alignment. They said drop off & they tried to call me. No phone call then tried to reschedule when appointment would be kept & they couldn't guarantee an appointment. Even a week out. Things got bad & they said I threatened them. I'm 69 almost 70 & finally told them I wouldn't let them touch my car. Oh the threat was about a review, this one I finally decided to write.

Horrible service! They changed a tire that had gone totally flat due to the valve being broken. I paid for the new tire and a robe of more work; a few months later the tire needed air and when I removed the cap the valve broke in my hand. They never replaced it. Clearly the tire was flat again I took it in for repair and only asked to be refunded for the work they didn’t do and I’d pay for the new tire. Initially they were going to go back and try to do right the GM said no, I had to pay for a new tire — a 15 dollar discount and a free oil change. The employee accused me of trying to “get something outta him” he was being generous. Garbage — I paid full price somewhere else no problem. You can’t stand by your service you can’t have loyal customers.

Brodi has helped me several times at this location and he's always been a wonderful guy to deal with. My car needed some work done and there was some trouble finding the parts which resulted in me not having a vehicle for a week. Not the fault of Firestone at all, and Brodi made sure to communicate with me on any updates and was very understanding and happy to answer any questions I had. Genuinely felt like he cared about my situation and went above and beyond for me after a lot of stress and panic on my part.

I believe a conversation about a warrenty on tires shouldnt have a simple fast answer. Clearly he just wanted to get me out. A tire shouldnt blow out like this 8 months into owning it. They have been rotated but he didnt wanna listen to me just ssid he couldnt do anything. So dont go to firestone they dont wanna take accountability for anything.

Brodi is the best! Very friendly and courteous. A simple phone call and he was able to get my vehicle in right away. He checked it out within minutes and determined it needed new brakes. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and before I knew it, I was back on the road safe and sound.

I normally do not do reviews. When I see how hard the manager and his crew work to accommodate as many customers they can for today, I felt the need to write a thank you review. The store manager (Mr Brodi) was helpful, friendly, someone I can trust with all my repairs without feeling like I am being taken advantage of. He’s treated me like family since he became the manager there, I’m willing to go back and give Firestone another chance, so far not disappointed at all. Thanks Mr. Brodi and your crew as well for taking good care of me when I bring my vehicle in. Your crew deserves recognition as well. I see how hard they work to accommodate as many repairs that need to be done for today as possible, especially with walk in customers who need repairs done on their vehicles. Thank you for doing your best to get as many repairs done as possible. Without your hard work, we may not have a vehicle to use for personal and work.

Great service and excellent customer care. Definitely recommend.Edit: a week later my car was having issues with the Oil Cooler, it has no such issues before but they claimed they didn’t touch it, I paid $1100 for the repair and they forget to add the liquid to the cooler. They apparently took it for a test drive after the repair but failed to notice that issue of it overheating because of the lack of liquid. They also forgot to put a cap back on after the initial oil change. For those reasons, I changed my rating to a 2 star because they were nice but did not get the job done correctly multiple times. I would not recommend this location.

October 2023 by Ryan Meadows
On September 29th, 2023 at 1751 hours I, Ryan Meadows placed a call to Firestone located on 100 E Old Settlers Blvd. Round Rock, Texas, 78664. I spoke with an employee named Ryan regarding a possible tire repair. I explained to Ryan my situation as follows:I recently bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. I drove the vehicle for approximately 3 days without any issues. I woke up on the morning of the 29th and discovered my back drivers side tire was deflated down to 8psi. I promptly refilled the tire and parked it in the garage until it could be repaired. After taking the vehicle to another tire shop, they explained there was no leaks or damage found on the tire and the tire was still holding air. I then asked Ryan if he could provide me with a second opinion and fix the tire today if necessary. He said that if I got to the store quick enough, they would be able to do a repair today if it was needed but they were close to closing time. I let him know that I would leave immediately and would see him soon. When arriving at the store I was promptly greeted by a man I assumed to be Ryan holding a folder out and asking for my keys. The vehicle was then taken to the mechanic bay to be looked at. I walked around to the main portion of the store and continued to ask Ryan questions regarding what could be the issue with my tire. He escorted me to the mechanic bay and said that I could stand with the tech while he was inspecting it. After the tire was removed from the vehicle, I assisted the tech by observing all areas of the tire for possible damage. I inspected both sides of the rim and tire to ensure there was no damage to the rim and that could be ruled out as a possible cause. Soapy water was poured on the tire while looking for small punctures. After the tech and I both found nothing, the tech explained it needed to be removed from the rim for further inspection. I walked over to the tire charger machine with the tech. The tech released the air in the tire and proceeded to place the tire up against the machine. The tech then pushed down on a lever that controlled the machine and pushed the car side of the tire towards the inner part of the wheel. Upon doing so I heard a loud popping sound. I was immediately concerned but patiently waited for the tech to finish his job. He turned the tire and did this procedure 2 more times. Upon turning the tire for the third time I saw a gash approximately 6 inches in length across the back sidewall of my tire that was not there moments before when I had inspected that exact spot. Furthermore, there were two black, grease marks where the tire machine was placed on the outer edge of the gash. The tech immediately went to retrieve Ryan and explained the situation. I asked if he would be able to replace the tire to which he responded no. He reccomended that I go to Discount Tire because even if he ordered the tire, it would be significantly more expensive at Firestone. I then asked if I would have to replace all 4 tires and he responded that if it was an AWD vehicle it would be neccessary to change all 4 tires. Ryan offered to have his tech put on the spare for free. I said yes and explained that I have no other option. Ryan had his tech change the tire and pull the car out to the front of the store. He then told the tech to give me my key and explained that he wouldn't charge me. At 1844 hours I left the store without further incident. After arriving home, I submitted a complaint to corporate. The store manager called me Saturday morning and claimed that I drove the car to their store with the gash in my tire. I submitted another comaint to corporate and they resolved the issue by paying for 1 tire. However, it is an all wheel drive vehicle so I was forced to pay for 3 brand new tires when my tread was only at half life. The orginal tires only had 24k miles on them. I have now spent $1700 on 3 new tires. Do not go to this Firestone. Save your money and go to Discount Tire.

Just left firestone, off old settlers for a serpentine belt and tensioner change for my BMW. A coolant hose wasn't properly reinstalled and my car overheated and blew out all coolant. Now stranded, I called back to firestone and got the typical response "we didn't do that, we didn't mess with any coolant lines." Now another 3 hours out of my day waiting for a tow.

David, the service manager, was great! To the point and was a big help picking out the best tires for my Civic. Ethan and Brodi were also fast and efficient. Alignment and tires done in less than two hours. Thanks guys!
