Got a new job and have been cashing my own checks through the app. It’s been about 4 or 5 checks now and they still hold my money for a week every check(the full amount too). Complete Bull. I don’t recommend using this bank if you’re trying to work on savings or have physical checks coming in.

I've been trying to get help disputing a fraud charge on my account for 4 months now. You literally HAVE to call the the 1 800 number for disputes and any and I mean any time I call them it's a 5 plus hour wait to speak to anyone. I have gone to multiple branches asking for help in person and have been told because it would take more time than doing other "normal" transactions their manager told them not to assist anyone with disputes. I was told multiple times to contact their dispute center through email but have been waiting about 3 months for them to respond to my emails. Overall this is extremely ridiculous my account has been fraudulently charged more than 4 times in three months I do NOT at all under ANY circumstances recommend you use this bank. I'd rather drive 15 minutes to another reputable and respectful bank than 1 minute to this trashy sketchy bank. Closing my account with them next open business day.

Worst customer service ever. Would not help me at all first time around since I’m not the account holder,(even though I had the account holder on the phone ready to verify any information) which, that, I can understand. However, what’s not okay is the tone of carelessness, the tone that makes customers uneasy and unwelcome and not cared about. Second, when I came back with the account holder this rep proceded to laugh and joke with her colleagues and BLURT out how “Some people are SO ANNOYING” in mockery that she refused to help. If you don’t like your job then find something else but don’t take your bad choices out on other people. Won’t come to this location again because of this rep. She is the one pictured to the left.

Any bad review is from like 7 years ago that I’ve seen.This bank has never done me wrong and are actually open on the Mondays during pointless holidays. Easy to deposit and case. As well as using app I have never had any problems. I recommend. Also I was never charged a fee!

This is a great bank. I like this location better than all the other ones I’ve been to. They are nice and professional here. They help me a lot here. The manager and the rest of the team are great here!

I had re-open my account, and the fellow there was so nice and helpful, I love all the people there, they are always so helpful and kind (which is big deal to me) I have been very pleased with this bank.

Deserves -0. They will still your money when they think your not watching... Stay away. Never let them get away with it. Pursue it even if it's 5$.. Thank GOD. For Texas Bank Gov department. Definitely reaching out to them.

This bank is trashhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Hold time "supposedly was 10 minutes" bruh it's been an hour and still going. I literally took a nap and was still on hold when I woke up smh. This is an every time thing too so don't even bother calling just walk in.

This bank as a whole is just trash. Only good for just starting out to get a quick direct deposit set up before you can find a better bank. They charge fees for supposedly "free" accounts. Customer service is bad, your transactions take forever to post. Can't cash out on cash app and other money services if the bank is closed!! Which is very very stupid, they say it's not them it's MasterCard but either way it's TRASH! Nobody knows the answer to questions, just all around horrible bank! Start account at your own risk.

I love the tellers there always so friendly. Fast service and great attitudes. I got all my kids accounts with them because there always so good to us. Great job team.
