I came to the store to return a pair of pants with the original receipt but didn’t have tags on the pants. They’re policy doesn’t say anything about not being able to return without tags. The associate called her manager and she said “No we can’t return without tags”. So I went into the store found the same pants color and size and got back in line the associate was checking someone out and saw me with the new pants with tags and told the manager then they continued to talk about me and saying “NO SHE CANT RETURN!” They ducked down to keep taking so I couldn’t see them then the woman getting checked out even turned around and looked at me. It was so embarrassing I felt so humiliated for only trying to return a pair of $5 pants!! When it was my turn in line the manager ran off then the associate said we can’t accept your return and I said well there is nowhere on your policy that says you cannot return without tags and she said there is no store you can return an item without tags and I said I have worked in retail and you can return without tags, especially if I have the same pants with tags right here and she said my manager already said NO so I can’t return them. I left the store and contacted costumer service online and told them everything they said their policy doesn’t say you NEED tags to return all you need is the receipt! Just like I thought! Anyway costumer service gave me my refund online and I didn’t even have to go back to the store to return the pants.
Long story short READ THE RECEIPT and if the manager at the store doesn’t help or even speak to you contact online customer service they might help!

Last Saturday morning I came here and was thinking of how crazy it’s going to be but Victoria helped me so much she was so patient I had so many questions and needed guidance on where to go a lot. She took the time to help me out and she was so sweet. I am definitely coming back just based on Victoria’s service, you don’t get good customer service nowadays.

The worst experience ever, it took everything in me to hold my composure. Snice it's something I am working on, I would say I did great!!! So I made the order 6 hours ago and it stated will not be ready til by 11am... I never received notice it was ready, so decided to drop by store, because of past experience. I know I had to call in last time after suggested time just for them to start my order... So get to store, obviously they had not started my order, they were doing stock and apparently the order machine was in the back and they had no clue the had an order because no one checked. The lady stated it being in the back is the reason why, so she offered me to come back later once it's complete or I could find the items myself. She didn't seem to care or offered to help gather my order, she also half a$$ told me where items were located.. So I of course picked my own orders as she stated they don't have system they tells them were items are, she also stated she didn't even see the items on the order, but could see I had a pending order, huh??? Items picked get to register, they ring my orders up as if I am about to repurchase, the young man didn't know , so the lady comes back and has the audacity to ask me, do I want to pay or use my pending order, huh??? I said , I'm not double paying, so I'm obviously using my order, her response is no we could have just cancelled your order, then ask for my ID a second time and for the second time it feels like she is yanking it out my hand so I speak up this time, like it sure feels like you're yanking my card again.. She start laughing saying yes it does feel like that, huh?? Dear Five and Below, get these people train on what customer service is and also train them on making sure to check order device upon clocking in to the morning shift??? This was bad and the fact that I was able to still not allow my emotions to get the best of me through the lack of customer service I was receiving, shows me that my current journey is working, because this lady showed not one ounce of regard to me or my order!🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ My order was 13 chalk sets, once I found them it took 3 mins to pick, they cute though♥️
