Mathew(Representative) did such a great job at assisting us. We needed a comprehensive analysis, to get the right running shoes. We’re relatively new to running but because my brother has a flatter feet and I have knee issues, he suggested different shoes in terms of comfort, stability and overall fit.
Overall, we left happy with 2 pairs of shoes and inserts as per the given suggestions and guidance.
Id definitely recommend this experience who need guidance to find the right shoes for you.

I was greeted upon entering the store. I needed insoles for my shoes. The person helping me was courteous and understood what I needed. I was taken care of efficiently and out the door quickly.

My feet have always been problematic due to disabilities so I’m doing a review on the service
Walked in confused on how it worked and just browsed which I enjoyed. Someone grabbed me asked me to sign the clipboard to be in a queue which hey my mistake didn’t know.
Took not even 10 minutes after that to get seen and scans started, figured out why my feet were largely uncooperative in most shoes pain wise and got a few recommendations. I came in already researching shoes that I was going to try but mainly wanted the inserts which they snagged the right ones for me. Enjoyed the patience as well, I get anxious so it definitely helps when things are calm.
