I’ve had several different units here over the past 7 years along with my camper. Wouldn’t go anywhere else open 24hours, Stephanie is always so helpful. I’ve had to call after hours because I forgot my gate code, she always says no problem. It’s happened more than once. Great facility and the price is right!

I have had a storage unit here for 12 + years Steph has always been and courteous and makes you feel very welcome the storage buildings are kept up and the grounds are very clean. I highly recommend JAK.

Been renting my unit for a few years now and must I say the customer service is through the roof! The unit came cleaned out and is very spacious! Everyone is warm and welcoming and eager to help out with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your rental! Always responding in a timely manner and send out monthly invoices ahead of time, way before the due date which I love. Ms. Steffany is awesome too, great staff and environment!

Been with this place for 10 plus years. They are home grown, down to earth. Clean facilities and super nice employees. But what else could you expect, it's a place that rents areas for you to store stuff. But I have never once thought about moving out and changing to another storage facility. So, that should say something.

I have been using Forest Creek Mini Storage for little over a year now. I use them both for my boat and a storage unit. The unit was very clean when I received it so it felt good knowing my items were going to be kept in the same condition as I stored them. The office is always professional and willing to help if I have any questions or concerns. Best part is the gate/security always works properly. That was a huge issue at our last storage facility.
