Lady with grey hair that works the counter, incredibly rude. Walked in 15 minutes before close and was abruptly dismissed. Not allowed to look even with 15 minutes.

Really nice clothing selections but super cheap jewelry at WAY too high a price. (Just go to Walmart or a thrift store👍)

Just lost a loyal customer...cashier told me their policy won't price match from the Francesca's website, used to be able to, no point shopping here anymore.
