Hi me and my friends walked into the store to look for a homecoming dress and right when we went in an employee greeted us by saying girls be easy these dresses are expensive. How about hello welcome in. Her name was Christine and she was very judgmental towards us and I was actually gonna buy something. I’m sorry but 80 dollars for a dress isn’t even expensive enough for her to be yelling at us. So I did not buy a dress because of what she said.

Lady with grey hair that works the counter, incredibly rude. Walked in 15 minutes before close and was abruptly dismissed. Not allowed to look even with 15 minutes.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff at this store are not just rude — they’re shockingly disrespectful. From the moment I walked in, treated with an attitude so unprofessional it honestly felt personal.
It’s like helping a customer was the most annoying part of their day. No basic manners, no interest in providing service, and certainly no sense of hospitality. They are SO RUDE.
It was uncomfortable, frustrating, and honestly disgraceful. I wouldn’t go back if it were the last store on Earth.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

Really nice clothing selections but super cheap jewelry at WAY too high a price.
(Just go to Walmart or a thrift store👍)

Tuesday 17th, 8pm, 2025 the woman who closed Francesca today was so disrespectful towards me and my aunt, when I asked her questions, she answered with attitude like she didn’t want to be there, 5 minutes before she closed she started kicking us out and didn’t even give us time to make a purchase, so I put the items back and she demanded me to grab them and give it to her rudely. After that she escorted us out and shut the door on us with no explanation. I am highly disappointed in the store I’ve been going to for years. I hope no one experiences the same customer service I experienced.

Just lost a loyal customer...cashier told me their policy won't price match from the Francesca's website, used to be able to, no point shopping here anymore.

I love Francesca’s and I’m always able to find something. I have gone in a few times this year before posting this review and I am a little saddened by their lack of customer service. Today I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged. A few years ago this round rock location was top tier in acknowledging their guests, asking what occasion is coming up, if we needed help with opening a fitting a room and trying to pair our outfits together so that we could walk out with an outfit and accessories all in one place. Just very saddened by my recent experiences here and hope that it can be re established again with exceptional service as in previous years.

This store always seems to have what we need for my teenage daughter . Large dress selection and updated styles .
The employee SOPHIA has been very helpful the last 2 times in making sure our purchases were the right size and quality . When we told her the dress was needed for photos same day , she offered to steam out the wrinkles . Thankful for this store

Very poor customer service and general unfriendly-ness. Thankfully their stuff isn’t that great that I can just go to a nicer and more customer oriented store and don’t have to ever shop there again.

I didn't find a cocktail or formal dress I was looking for, but I did find this high-low magnolia flower dress I fell in love with!! I was not expecting it to be so dang cute. It's polyester sadly, but I'm obsessed with the magnolia flowers!I also have a lace infinity scarf from Francesca's but it was a present, so this is my first time buying something from them.
