I have been with Fred Loya for more than 10 years now and I have never had to file a claim because of an accident until just recently. I am so disappointed with this company. It was fast and easy to file a claim, but when it came to getting an estimate of the damages and calling the adjuster to find out what was going on with the claim no one would call back and u always had to leave a message because no one would ever answered the phone. I even had to leave a message for the adjusters supervisor, but they also never called me back. Since no one was calling me back I did call the Round Rock location and they hanged up on me twice. When it came to looking for a body shop to fix my car we had to call around because Fred Loya would not give us a pacific body shop that they work with to fix the car. They told me it was my job to look for a body shop since it was our choice where we wanted repairs done. Every body shop that I called would tell me no we can’t fix your car because we don’t work with Fred Loya. I asked why and everyone told me because Fred Loya will not pay them for the repairs they have done in the pass. When it came to getting a rental I also had to pay out of pocket because the rental place said that Fred Loya insurance only covers a certain amount everyday. Fred Loya did tell me the the out of pocket that I paid can be reimbursed. But I doubt that. I still need to file a claim for that. The reason I say that is because Fred Loya said they would reimburse me only $100 of tow services, but I only got $50 back. And of course the tow service was a lot more then that. Fred Loya might be a lot cheaper than other companies, but u really get what u pay for. I do not recommend Fred Loya so if u can please go else where. Once I get my car back from the body shop I will be changing companies. Don’t waste your time and money like I did. Best Of Luck.

Customer service was good. Agent was very friendly and easy to talk to. Policy not as cheap as advertising leads you to believe. My policy was expensive for someone with a near perfect driving record.

Terrible customer service! One of their clients hit my car and they stopped paying for my rental car 8 days before my car was ready, the people at the rental dept don't call back like they say they will, they keep you on hold for too long, not customer friendly! Don't recommend

Was ok at first then , having to come on every moth it seems to sign paper saying this person I never heard of wont drive me vehicles. Really? Such a pain. If you get it cheap soon as they start raising the price bail out fast. They tryed to almost double our bill. I got out. But you have to go in to do it as with anything there.

Fred loyas rates are crazy expensive do not get insured with them. Plus they dont care about employees company went threw a layoff an increasing prices, so what does that tell you? Only person i would recommend is nelson from round rock he knows his stuff.
