Stupid store policy wouldn’t allow me to “hold” a used handheld console. I’m not going to purchase a used console without visually inspecting and holding it. Then employees were rude and awkward about it. It’s not a surprise to me that GameStop is closing down a large number of stores this year. They have stupid policies that don’t allow employees to practice discretion. Makes for a horrible customer experience. This is not my first experience like this at this store and others.

If you are going to advertise you are open till 8pm be open at 8pm. I drive 45 mins to pickup a game just to find out your hours are wrong on google.

This location is a nice little GameStop. I live close to a different GameStop that didn’t have the game I wanted in stock. I was in the neighborhood visiting family and decided to stop by. This location is very quaint. All the collectibles and cute things, as well as games and accessories neatly displayed making you want to buy a lot of things.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I found the games I was looking for and they checked me out quickly. Store is clean, well organized, and the air conditioning was much appreciated after being out in the Texas Summer heat.

Was marketed the Pro Membership by an employee here when buying Magic The Gathering Cards. Before I decided , I asked how often they replenish their stock. She told me they restock with every shipment. This was a lie. They are only trying to sell the old releases of Magic’s . It is on me for believing them. Not a bad store, just don’t buy the Pro Membership. They will lie so they can meet there corporate tax quota.
