Was marketed the Pro Membership by an employee here when buying Magic The Gathering Cards. Before I decided , I asked how often they replenish their stock. She told me they restock with every shipment. This was a lie. They are only trying to sell the old releases of Magic’s . It is on me for believing them. Not a bad store, just don’t buy the Pro Membership. They will lie so they can meet there corporate tax quota.

Went in the other day to check out the sale and Emma was more excited to help than anyone else I've seen working in a GameStop. When she saw I was there for soft through the cheap games, she printed up a list of all of the titles that would qualify for the "4 for $10" and "4 for $20" deals. She even marked them in different colors so I could identify which was which more easily. I'll definitely be returning to this location as my main GameStop going forward.

What happened to GameStop? There aren't any games now. It's a bunch of funk pop stuff and weird toys no one wants. There are 2 tiny sections for ps5/Xbox... Whatever generation we're on now and a sea of knick knacks no one wants. Used games are somehow more expensive than new games at other places.The staff were nice and were trying to walk a loud angry lady through the process of... Her GS account points system or something. The customer was a pain but they were patient with her. And they didn't try to upsell me on accounts or plans or other money sinks when I scooped up a game. Good on you guys, made me happy.That said, there is no point to this place. Grocery stores have better videogame sections at better prices. As does the entire Internet. It's a relic and there's no point to it, and this is the dinkiest GameStop I've been in.

This location has sadly gone away from customer service and inventory. I went there today to return an online order as it was listed as new and when it arrived it was open with a sticker over the case. This is GameStop's category of "new". I went in frustrated and the manager took my attitude personally and became very condescending. I told her that I new the GameStop comment on new but she at one point told me that she could refuse service to me. I left but later returned to cancel my existing pre-orders with that store. GameStop is struggling as a business and this kind of behavior doesn't help. I'm more than happy to have a phone call with the District Manager to discuss my experience.

Waiting outside to pick up my order because their door is locked at 4:30pm.This will be the last time I try to do business with GameStop.

what's the point of pre ordering if when u go pick it up they don't have the game version in stock. was told had to wait for rush delivery, pay the difference for the deluxe version or get a refund and find the copy at a different location. GameStop this is why ur company is going under. CUSTOMER SERVICE. y'all lost the term somewhere in expanding. an easier fix would've been sorry for the inconvenience let us get u the version we have in the store. yall might as well have slapped me and laughed in my face. Best Buy will now get my money. at least they can guarantee a preorder. smh
