Gerber collision is THE place to go to get amazing service, quality work done… and great customer care… which is hard to find now a days!
Eli went above and beyond to ensure my Mercedes was taken care of and it looks brand new again! I’m so grateful for him and his team!
I was contemplating getting a new car and now I’ve decided to keep mine longer because I love it so much after their work!!!

I just want to share my amazing experience with this Company. I was blown away with the Customer service and work I had done on my (broke Best friend/Audi) even though it took a little bit longer than expected. I highly appreciate the communication and updates along the way. The Front desk lady Jessica was so sweet along with the GM Cory making sure he could do whatever he could to make my experience better. I want to give a special thanks to Fabian for always answering my questions professionally and getting back to me at a timely manner. I couldn’t be more grateful for Fabian taking time after closing hour to personally deliver my Car to me while I was at work ?and lastly I want to thank whoever the mechanic was that did such an amazing job on my baby she looks like a brand new car ?? I absolutely love it and couldn’t be more happier!!!! I totally recommend this company for all your repair needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best experience I have ever had with a body shop! They gave us an estimate and let us take our vehicle home as it was drive-able and we made an appointment to bring it back for repairs in 2 business days as they had to order a part and did not want us waiting while the part came in. The part came in when they expected. They had the repair finished in the estimated time they told us they would, and sent text updates on progress throughout. The work was beautiful and cannot tell the damaging incident ever occurred. Their specialist Eli took care of us and was professional, upfront, personable, and understanding. After a horrible experience with a different local body shop in the past we were nervous, but I know now where we will go for all repair work in the future. I would send everyone I know here.

We are extremely pleased with the service and expert options given for our vehicle. After other collision places made promises they did not keep. Gerber Collision was honest and gave an accurate assessment. Completely pleased, and the issues with the vehicle are bow resolved!

Gerber Collision is my go to place for all repairs. Jesika and Kori are the best. I also want to say that there entire staff in the back doing repairs needs a shout out as well. You all are amazing. THANK YOU so much for everything and treating both my vehicles with care. I will ALWAYS recommend this location to all my friends and family. You'LL are AMAZING. In my 30 years living in the Austin area I have used four collision repair places and when I couldn't go to my favorite, they don't exist now, I chose you'll and it was the best decision I could have made. Your outstanding customer service has made me a huge fan. Keep up the great work. The only one thing I wish could change is the offering of Saturdays for picking up your vehicle or a secure drop box to leave vehicle keys in for after hours pickup/drop off options.

I felt very much at ease having my vehicle repaired here. The staff were very friendly and promptly notified me about the progress in repairs. They even offered me a ride to the car rental facility after dropping off my car because Enterprise was taking forever to pick me up.
