Haven't trusted GNC for many years. It's a flashy, high impact marketing lab that won't go away. Other than caffeine, I still fully believe most of their products are about as useful as sawdust.

You should not leave a business card stating you will be back in 10 minutes and then a half hour later you're still not back! Be honest and say he'll be back in 30 minutes or one hour .
