It's crazy how many people are saying the same thing. You would think this would've been addressed by now. Nope, here I am, dotor is locked, lights are on, and business hours posted indicate the store is open.

I saw that multiple people have the same issue I have. Door locked, not answering the phone. Periodically checked back after stopping at a few places but still locked. I recommend calling first before wasting your time.
