I have been using their service for inspections annually and this year was by far the worst experience. Right when my husband and I came in to the front desk, the mechanic behind the computer was very blunt and non informative. It almost felt like he did not want to assist us. I then simply asked how long would the inspection be, give or take. He just replied “a couple of hours†and made me feel intimidated to ask for a specific number to estimate how long this would take.

Poor b****** there broke my APS unit on rear wheel well changing it. Looked like he was going to have an aneurysm pretty new and was very surprised when I told him it was no big deal s*** happens

Looked like he was going to have an aneurysm pretty new and was very surprised when I told him it was no big deal s*** happens They had to order a replacement part and reinstall a couple days later. They're a good group of guys and do all of our Fleet Tire Service Even though he f***** up my s*** still giving him five stars because you know just like I do S*** happens
