I checked in through online & go there but they refused to take. Hwy you open check in system when people come all over there & you refused
Not preferred this location I am regular customer & we always buy gift cards every year. But I think we waste our money & our time. I wish I can give them 0 star. Management needs to change seriously.

Too worst behaviour with the staff, she was very arrogant and she bloddy used the F word, I know Great clips does very well service but because of these kinda employees you will be getting all the negative feedback....The store I got treated bad is Great Clips, Round Rock, beside I35. Time 14:00, date is Aug 14th. Please take note, I don't want her to treat all the customers as she treated me the same way..!!!!!!

I've had great experiences getting my haircut at this shop, mainly by Nisha. I went to a few different places before and they cut my hair very unevenly. Here, Nisha saw the errors that other barbers made and came up with a plan to fix it. Now my hair looks a lot more like how I want it to look.

This was the worst experience ever. There were so many bad things about this place that I don’t even know where to start. But to start, when I booked my haircut on the great clips app, then it was going ok but later when the time was getting closer and I came to the place, I waited, but as soon as I was the first one in line to do my haircut, one of the workers put me to the back of the line because I am an Indian and not an American! Instead, what she did was move a white person who was a little behind into my spot. How rude was that! I had to wait for so long because of this until another staff member finally noticed this problem and then let me go do my haircut after waiting for a long half hour, but even though this other staff member noticed this, this is very unacceptable. No one should be treated like this because of their race. That’s not it though because when I was doing my haircut, it took a little longer than usual will took up even more time. Now, I’m not trying to judge someone’s appearance, but the barber that was cutting my hair was kind of short and because of that even though I am a boy, I looked like had girly bangs after the haircut was done. I’m really sorry I have to say this and I don’t want to, but this location is so bullshit! And you know what? Soon after when the haircut was done, I left the place looking so funny compared to when I just entered the salon. Because of you guys, I had to really arrive late to an upcoming event because I am again not a WHITE person looking like a dork! This by far was THE WORST experience ever given by this location you will never see our faces again! I absolutely do not recommend this location to anyone unless someone for some reason someone wants to be treated cruelly because of their race and then come out as a dork when leaving the building. I instead recommend the location that is in Cedar Park on Whitestone Blvd near the 183 hwy (not the toll), they do much better haircuts and are less judgy than the people in this shitty location! I’m not coming back to this one for good!

Today I attempted to have my son get his own haircut at Great Clips Round Rock Crossing, 3021 S Interstate Hwy 35, Round Rock Texas. I left him my credit card so he could pay for the service. I then left him with the plan to pick him up when he was done.
He was told he could not get his hair cut without a parent, so I had to come back and wait for him.
I don't see why a 15 year old could have a job but can't go to an establishment and get his own haircut without his mom there?

The stylist sat comfortably on the chair while she made the little girl to stand! Disgusting! To top it off, she was extremely rude to her. With Heather, this place used to be the best. It is very unfortunate that it has turned into this.

Where “half an inch off the top” means you might as well just shave your head bald. You’d think people would realize you could always cut more but you can’t just put it back. Half an inch is half an inch. Not an inch and a half.

They don’t give you the haircut that you ask for, they give you the haircut they can do. This is the training salon for sure. While I was in there multiple people kept telling the stylists to keep fixing their haircut. That should’ve have been my sign to go somewhere else. This great clips is NOT it unless you want a buzzcut or a simple split ends cut. Steer clear

Horrible haircut for my husband. He asked the girl NOT to cut it too short in the back, but she just kept cutting it until it was ridiculously short and ugly. He even told her to please leave it long enough to touch his collar, but she ignored him and just chopped away. She didn't bother to listen to him and did it without even caring.
