Very disappointed. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted. An inch here, less than an inch there. I did *not* say that I wanted my hair thinned out. I have thick curly hair and I *like* it that way. The stylist turned the chair while she was working, so I couldn't see what she was doing in the mirror. Without asking me, she thinned out my hair *a lot*. Feels like I hardly have any hair left. I am very unhappy that she didn't even ask if I wanted to have my hair thinned out. I wanted to keep it thick and curly, just a little shorter. This is the second time a stylist at Great Clips has done that -- two different stylists. I'm going to find a different hair salon.

Selena was amazing!! She gave my daughter a wonderful haircut and she was very helpful. She was trying to use the coupons too!! Thank you, Selena!
The manager did not let us use the coupons.
Manager was not helpful at all.

My barber Diana was super sweet and she did exactly as I asked, I was in and out in 20 minutes. If you go to this location you should request her.

The lady who did my hair was incompetent. She immediately went to work after stated that I wanted a TRIM NOT A FULL ON HAIRCUT! She went all in and shaved my sides without hesitation, she was extremely aggressive and didn’t care about anything she seemed as if she had given up and decided to take her anger out on me! I’m astonished by how horrible she made me look! It seems as if the people get more aggressive and lazy each day

Just went in for a basic trim and was dismissed by the staff. No introduction so couldn’t get a name. The station was filthy and covered with hair over the tools, the counter, the floor. Worst thing though was the staff was making fun of another patron that had left making fun of them for getting a masculine haircut when they were female. The staff spoke in Spanish so assuming they didn’t expect me or the other patron at the time to be able to understand them. Will never go back. Management team should get this location on track from health dept standards and basic customer service.

Came here to get a quick hair cut. Usually I go to other locations, because I've had poor service here previously. However, when I went I noticed the staff was all different and super hospitable and friendly. Gesela was the stylist that cut my hair, she was super patient with me and was willing to offer good advice on how to style my hair. Will be coming back for more haircuts from her! Thanks G.

DO NOT let Rosita cut your hair
The first photo is my hair before. The last three photos are my hair after the cut.
I went to this Great Clips for a simple haircut: one inch off the length with some layers—something I’ve had done many times without issue. Instead, Rosita cut off five inches and gave me no layers, completely disregarding my request. When I confronted her, she defensively claimed I had asked for layers and never once apologized. I returned that evening hoping the manager could correct it, but was told the only solution was to cut it even shorter, which was unacceptable. I escalated the issue to the owner, requesting headscarves since my hair is now too short to meet the professional requirements of my workplace, and was flatly denied. The lack of accountability and poor service were appalling. I will never return to this Great Clips and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Worst haircut ever, Asian lady did this i don’t know the name, if you don’t know fade please tell your clients you can’t full fill their request so that we can try somewhere else. Uneven chopped off hair.

They are constantly rushing to get more people in, and I think they completely forgot about what a haircut experience should be like. The person cutting my hair was constantly cribbing about how they are working, extra hours, whereas others are not.
Also, the haircut was rushed even after repeatedly, telling her that I do not want short hair, she cut my hair too short .
To make things worse when i booked online the wait time was showing 35 minutes and it kept going up instead of going down. Finally after waiting for so long the overall experience was still bad.
Second instance: i took my 4 year old there, the boy is scared of a haircut, the person made absolutely no attempt to build a connection with the child or to even talk to him and sent us away.
The shop in the next complex were able to cut his hair in 30 minutes right after.

Would have given 0 if possible. Terrible haircut done in 8-10 minutes. Doesnt seemed to care about the way they are doing it. Looking very uneven cuts.

Well, I was treating my husband to haircut and we used Pamela. She was amazing. She was very helpful resourceful and she helped her explain what she would be doing and she was just overall just great. My husband will be back now as a permanent fixture for Pamela to be cutting his hair every two weeks
