The lady working at the pharmacy is extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers respectfully. I’m not sure who hired her or how she ended up in that position, but the way she treats people is unacceptable. After checking other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who’s experienced this issue — it seems to be an ongoing problem.”

Honestly, I’ve been going to this HEB since I was 9, and over the last few years the pharmacy staff has been extremely rude not just to me but my siblings and my mom as well. My mom had just been to the hospital and she needed me to pick up the prescription for her at this heb. I called ahead to make sure it was ready and the guy who answered the phone was very sarcastic, very rude, and very unprofessional. When I got there it was the same guy with the same attitude which I obviously didn’t appreciate given my mom is at home sick and needed the medication. His name is Justin and he was awful, but not just him, everyone in the pharmacy acts this way. I don’t remember the last time I had a good experience here.

Gloria G, it's important to treat people kindly, regardless of how tired, busy, or hot it is outside. I work in healthcare and am on my feet all day, but I still make an effort to treat everyone nicely, no matter how many patients I've seen.
I was really disappointed with how she spoke to me after I asked related questions based on the calls I had received. She cut me off three times, perhaps because she was tired or ready to go home.

This is my second review for this place not just for Heb, but now for the Pharmacy. So one time I got into it with one employee because she asked for my ID and I told her that I didn’t have it and can she except a picture of it she said no and I said I never had issues with other employees and she said that they should be doing it . so now I go yesterday and the employee didn’t even ID me for a controlled medication. To top it off it was 100 bucks. I asked the Lady is that with my co-pay card ? she said yes. I said are you sure because I’ve had an issue before didn’t do it? She showed me her screen she said yes didn’t even go out her way to check or reapply the co-pay card. Contacted my doctor. They said with the co-pay card and insurance. It should not have been 100 bucks. I am upset! To top it off, she knew she should be ID’Ing people, but didn’t isn’t it illegal to not ID ?

I did in fact get the prescription filled which was great but oh boy is this a slow pharmacy.
I’d bet they’re understaffed and it shows. Will give it another try but likely will need to find a new pharmacy so I can get in and out in under a half hour.

Anitra (hopefully I’m remembering/spelling that correctly) is the best!! She’s always efficient, sweet, and considerate of privacy. Always very cheerful, which brightens my day. She’s the best part of this location.

Livid right now! ? I've had little to no sleep dealing with my son's disorder. Finally get a prescription that I was looking fwd to giving him and hoping that helps.. But she was moving so fast she didn't give me the correct medication! That's something that shouldn't have happened in that profession! I'm stressed out & hoping it isn't a long night until I can get the right med tomorrow!!

I do recommend them but please train the baggers how to load groceries in the bags and carts. I had a hell of a time trying to lift the water, Gatorade and sodas out of the cart. This is why there’s a shelf underneath. I’m older but hopefully they don’t do that for the elderly. Also. Whomever was working the cash register number 15 around 12:45 should be taught to have a better attitude. He was grumpy.
