I'm not normally a bad review person but this experience was bad. I went to urgent care with bronchitis and got my rescue inhaler refilled along with some other meds. I called the pharmacy specifically to ask when they would be ready, emphasizing the importance of the inhaler. I told the worker I knew insurance wouldn't pay for it but to please fill it and I'd pay out of pocket. .y family member went to get my medication and the pharmacy didn't fill my inhaler. By the time my family got back to me the pharmacy was closed and there is no emergency line or staff on site to assist. I'm stuck going to another urgent care to get another prescription after a wild phone goose chase.

I changed to HEB because I was unhappy with CVS and Walgreens. Prescriptions are delayed by several days...even emergency steroids when you are having an asthma exacerbation. I only get notifications when they are ready about half the time. I only thought Walgreens and CVS were bad.

Well, I'm turning around and leaving the store for the fourth time in a week and a half, it's been like this for months. Absolutely absurd. Makes me wonder how many OTHER people have also been missing their daily medication because they don't have the half hour to stand in line over here. HEB Pharmacy, you are on the brink of losing my family's business.. what happened, you folks used to hustle, fix it now! Not a happy customer.

I spoke with the pharmacy tech this morning about a prescription refill. I called in the refill on Monday. I received a text a few hours ago stating my script was ready. Once I arrive I'm told to come back after 6:00 pm, they are behind. It's 4:30 pm, are you kidding me. This is unacceptable. Sadly, it seems HEB doesn't care to improve the pharmacy operations.

I transferred my meds from Heb to CVS pharmacy and I called HEB today and said cvs pharmacy is very very unprofessional and rude they won't use good Rx coupon on med's. I asked if I can transfer back to HEB all my meds they said of course!

Came here to agree with others that you should not rely on this store to fill prescriptions in time. I have been coming for years for convenience but time to switch to CVS
