What more could you look for than a super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
With our insurance most meds come out to 0$’s so really hard to beat especially when you add in their awesome staff.

Horrible experience! Lack of protocol to accept responsibility when human error played a part in the wrong prescription sent home. Pharmacy first blamed doctor. I called the doctor and they sent me a copy of what was sent and that was not what was filled. HEB then blamed the insurance company and OMG, the insurance guy was so helpful. The drug was non returnable and HEB did not offer to help in anyway. The insurance company finally had to call HEB and get them to fix the error. So stressful when you actually need a Medication and you feel helpless. Times have changed and customer service is changing also. Happy with our Insurance Company and doctor but HEB failed us this round.

I use HEB Pharmacy, on Gattis and Redbud Rd. The reason for my review, is because of someone, who's mad because she has to wait in her car too long. I've been using their service since 2007, at this location. And, yes, a few times the wait outside, the window can be a little long, but this seldom happens to me. if I go inside, it seems to go faster. And, most of all, if you go inside to pick up your meds, you can see, everyone in that pharmacy is very busy, and moving quickly to help fill your meds, go to the window, for those customers, then to the counter of the pharmacy, to help you !!! You need to see the whole picture, not from sitting in your car, imagining, why you think they are so slow !! There are customers who have questions, and they are talking to the Tech's, or answering the phones. Please think outside the box, and have some patience, they are working hard, to get to you, as soon as possible.

I was in Round Rock for travel ball and they made it super easy to get a prescription transferred from my HEB 3 hours away. She even had it filled in about 10 min! Great customer service!

Technician Leona helped me get a time-sensitive antibiotic prescription transferred over from Walgreens when both pharmacies were about to close. She was so helpful and friendly, so my family is considering taking our prescriptions to HEB for now on! Attention management, Leona deserves a raise!

They have two drive through lines and they're so slow. Over 10 minutes just sitting there and once another car pulls up behind you, you're trapped until the cars in front of you move. Rude techs too. Cvs is better...

I shop at the Gattis School/Red Bud store and it's awesome since they remodeled. Very clean and organized with great people who work there. At first it was a little hard to find things after the remodel as the signs weren't clear and things weren't in the same place but now I love it

In my opinion the management staff profile certain customers. I was inside this today and 2 managers followed me around up to the checkout stand. At which point they stood behind me approximately 25' away to make sure that l didn't run out with the groceries that I was purchasing. At one point I turned around and walked towards them and they both put their heads down and tucked their tails.Unbeknownst to these two Abbot and Costello types, if something jumped off, I would probably help Dum and Dummer out. I have a handicap and upon arrival I parked my 70k vehicle in your handicap zone. If I appeared suspicious to them, we'll the feeling is mutual because I felt uncomfortable with those 2 conspicuous characters watching me. I'll leave y'all with a tip. Whenever someone enters your store and doesn't look like you, don't follow them around looking stupid. Ray Charles can see through you. Instead walk up to them, greet them, thank them for helping pay your salary and see if there's anything you can do to help them.

Been coming here for one year.. it is awful customer service. There are lines inside sometimes 30 minute due to incompetence. Problem with each and every order before you…. So done with this place. Moving mine and my husbands scripts ASAP to somewhere that has leadership.
