When my combo loco coupon failed the clerk just handed it back without giving me any options or explaining I needed a quantity of two. I immediately started trying to find the free items to remove them. When I figured that I needed two, I had to ask her can't she send somebody to get one.

Huge store with a ton of selection, but the layout is not very intuitive. You could be in here forever trying to find everything on your list.
