I love this H-E-B plus location! I literally live across the street so I'm here about 2x a week lol. It's an older location compared to the other H-E-B plus stores I've been too and can probably use a facelift, but that is okay with me. It has everything I need and more. Sidenote: A few months ago I heard about their butter flavored tortillas from the bakery section and how yummy they are...so i grabbed a pack ...and I am hooked on those! They're so yummy I can eat them alone, pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and I'm good to go :) They tend to sell out of them often, so I make it a point to pass by the bakery on every visit and grab a pack or two if they have them. Lastly, just wanted to point out how awesome their makeup section is. I'm a drugstore makeup kind of girl, and they carry all the different brands and more and are usually fully stocked, I love it!

Literally the worst HEB. Curbside always forgets items, and there’s not enough curbside pickup spots. Customer service closes at 7:00, so if there’s an issue with an evening curbside pickup you can’t get any assistance until the next day. The store is difficult to navigate, they are always out of items, and the produce quality is poor. It’s worth dealing with traffic to drive to a different HEB

It is ridiculous when I had to scan the items and the employee bagging for me. Felt like I am working for free? If you have someone who stands there to bag, how about that same one who got paid that day scan the items so that I can gently bag my items on my own. Such a ridiculous concept.

Love going to this HEB. It’s clean and organized. I would recommend putting more friendly employees at your sample stations. Today I sampled and was verbally judged based off the way I wanted to eat and drink the samples. Very weird, definitely won’t be buying those products

I'm not a fan of this location's floor plan. It's very scattered and in some areas too cramped. Their lines are always very long with far too few cashiers/baggers. They have some wonderful employees but it's just not the best shopping experience.

A couple of problems with this store.1. No attempt to prevent dogs in the store whatsoever. The last two visits in two days I saw dogs inside the store. One 70+ dog today and a 40+ dog yesterday. Their owners are taking them through the meat and produce aisles. I love dogs, but they don’t belong in a store with perishable goods, where cross-contamination could get lots of people sick.2. Worst pharmacy I’ve had to deal with. My average wait is 10 minutes. I don’t know if they’re understaffed, but I loathe having to get my prescription filled there.3. Old, run-down facility. They have old floors, bad lighting, and their “plus” aspect is a few racks of clothes and an electronics section.4. Spectrum/entryway marketing people trying to stop me and sell me something. When people say great things about H‑E‑B, I have to remind myself, “well, not at my store, though.” I wish management would step their game up.

They not only have full slab briskets but they have wagyu prime and choice. I'm from North Carolina we don't have any of those options. And I love a good brisket. I want to try that wagyu. I'm not from Texas so I couldn't take it with me. I'm still crying about that. And their section of wood for smoking is out of this world. I give anything to have an H-E-B in my town

Not only was I run off bc the one person was doing his daily prep work, but they told me I should wait for the other person to get off break. Claimed he was doing an order for a customer but no one else is here and it's obvious he is just stocking the ready to go coolers you have. That was bad enough but when I came back to find the second person there, they also told me to wait while they helped the first person get stuff ready for the store.I recognize the ready to grab cooler is also for customers, but first come first serve. You never tell customers to stand aside while you do prep work.Fifteen years in restaurants now ten years in plumbing, I'll tell ya ppl won't be treated this way many times before finding a new purveyor of lunch meat.

Rude stuffP.s. I will not call anyone. I will go to another store. It was todays morning 11 am , I had only 4 items, you can check on cameras. The lady at self check out told me that I need to go to another register. I told her that I want to stay here, because people were moving fast, having one - two items. Plus you have more chance to go out because of one entrance and many registers. She said no, they don’t want people to stay in a line. But I was the only person, anyone was behind me. At the end she restricted me to go forward, and pushed away. Another register was one person, a lot of items, and 10 minutes of wait. I looked behind and people we’re going through that nice lady. I asked her to call a manager. The department leader arrived and repeated then same thing - they don’t want people to stay there. I said I will go to another store, and she and her manager can go wherever they want.No cashiers, ok. Self check out - obey and stuck. Are you sure you would like that kind of service??

I love this HEB! Their curbside has always been amazing from customer service to exchanges on orders they're the best. I could get lost in this store for hours though, there's so much available, and everything is priced so well. I can't say enough good things about this store, I don't know what I'd do without my HEB!

I came here for gas today and I bought a car wash. It's clean and The attendant is kind and helpful. The car wash prices Range from 999 to 1399. There is a one dollar discount for getting gasoline. I purchased the ultimate wash, and with a discount it was 12.99. It's a pretty good wash machine. There's special arms that come out just to wash the rims. It's got under body spray cleans the underside of your car as you drive in. There is a high powered dryer that dries the car (somewhat). The entire Ultimate Wash took 7 minutes and it DID clean! The gas pump failed to print a receipt. The attendant had to come out and found the receipt crammed up inside the machine. All in all, a successful gas/wash experience.

Very good Plus! superstore with helpful staff. Great samples spread throughout the store. Extensive produce department. It's way too easy to spend too much money in this store. Went in for what should have been $25 worth of groceries and the good vibes convinced me to buy an nearly $100. Only downside is that they allow solar panel salespeople to target you on the way into the store at the Palm Valley entrance. I find that really annoying and well outside the mission of providing groceries. I hope HEB's getting paid a lot of money to annoy their core customers.

Love HEB. The people here are so great to interact with. Love, love, love Carole in connections. She is the heart of the store. Larry is the voice. If you know, you know.
