We've been using curbside pickup since the beginning of the pandemic. It's been very helpful and convenient. We haven't had any serious issues. A missing item here and there. Not often. Always taken care of if there is an issue.

The rebuild is taking forever. Hard to get around in a wheelchair. They took out about 6 ADA parking for curbside which makes it harder for people like me. Been 8 months now with no end of the remodel in sight. Get your vaccination with online reservations.

Why is it that everyone in Texas, every town in Texas wants their own HEB? Because they cover all your needs at very competive prices. Fresh vegetables, ready made meals, pharmacy prices especially Medicare prices. Well known products with great selections. They do it all.

Title: Groovy Nostalgia Galore!Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐If I could give this grocery store six boomboxes out of five, I totally would! This place isn't just a grocery store; it's a time machine to the golden eras of music. I mean, who needs a DeLorean when you can step into this store and be transported straight back to the raddest days of the 1980s and 1990s?From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a montage from an epic '80s movie. The neon lights, the classic hits, and the funky beats created an atmosphere that's more electrifying than a cassette player on turbo mode. I half-expected to see Marty McFly picking out his futuristic snacks in the next aisle! And can we talk about the playlist? It's like they have a DJ with a time-traveling turntable who's perfectly tuned into our collective nostalgia. I was grooving and doing some covert dance moves while picking up my veggies, and I swear even the cucumbers were bopping along in their bins. I might have embarrassed myself a bit when I did an impromptu moonwalk down the cereal aisle, but hey, when the groove hits, you gotta go with it!But it's not just the music that's a blast from the past. The whole store feels like a relic of the era, in the best way possible. The staff is as friendly as your favorite sitcom characters, and they totally understand if you break into song while deciding between the chunky or smooth peanut butter. I caught one of the employees wearing a scrunchie the other day, and I knew I was among my people. And don't even get me started on their checkout game. The cashier was wearing a fanny pack! A legit fanny pack! I had to resist the urge to give her a high-five and ask if she had any slap bracelets hidden away.In a world where grocery shopping can sometimes feel like a chore, this store turns it into a gnarly adventure. It's a place where you can shop, dance, and sing your heart out all at once. So if you're tired of shopping at those silent, mundane supermarkets, do yourself a favor and head over to this totally tubular haven of nostalgia. Just be prepared to leave your dignity at the door and dance your way down every aisle! ???(chatGPT may have helped write this review...but I agree with everything written above)

I've been going to this HEB since I can remember! They always do a nice upgrade every few years to enhance the stores flow, and I'm pretty happy with how it always comes out! Staff here is always kind and friendly!

I love this HEB store! I came in Tuesday or Wednesday night around 9pm and the ice cream cooler was completely empty along with no yellow chocolate icing slice cakes to purchase. I was really disappointed. This store is always busy no matter what time of the day. I hope there has been conversations about expanding the store to make the front end no so crowded.

Its a bit uncomfortable working here. :/ I feel like coworkers think badly of me because I dont like to make random and somewhat meaningless small talk with them, and I simply just want to do my job. Other than it being pretty uncomfortable to work here, for me atleast, this store is still a pretty good place to buy things you need.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from Taylor who is the manager of the curbside department. She lacked empathy and professionalism during our conversation including interrupting me. Active listening can go a very long way in customer service. Ms. Taylor instead brushed me off with what sounded like scripted message and failed to address my concerns specifically. She also hung up on me. I am sure she will disagree that she did but if she had been actively listening to me then she may have handled the conversation much better. I was very respectful when speaking with her but she did not return the same courtesy. I asked to speak with her manager but she indicated Jordan Jones was going to be unavailable until the end of June. I called and spoke with another associate who said Mr. Jones should be back in the store by Monday 5/30/23. I love H‑E‑B. Every employee I have ever spoken with has been a perfect example of customer service until today.

So when we moved to Austin area I couldn't understand HEB. At the time I was going to a different one on 620...it was a dump. Locals told me to look for an HEB plus...so I did and the Lakeline location is so nice. Very clean and great variety of pretty much everything. Fresh seafood, decent bakery...but the one thing that stands out for me are the employees and their willingness to assist when asked. Its so hard to move from Chicago where every kind of food imaginable is there to Texas.. There are many differences...but Lakeline HEB PLUS helped me get over my culture shock and get me acclimated to my new grocery store!! Thanks HEB staff!
