Your touch screen pumps are HORRIBLE!!! They never work, you touch the screen several times while the pump is telling you to choose......I have had it time out and had to go to the kiosk to pay and get the pump reset.
Fix them or get rid of them!

I absolutely hate the digital pump screens. I try to avoid HEB gas stations for that reason, but needed gas and that was the only one I knew about in that area. The area was really clean though.

Ads on the new screens, took way too long to get started, and required too many actions (6-7 using my debit card), tap pay doesn’t work so as I’m holding the pump with phone in hand I have to put something down to dig my card out of my wallet.
This is the opposite of convenient, HEB, drop the prompts, enable tap to pay, get rid of ads (PEOPLE SEE AND HEAR ENOUGH ALL THE TIME ALREADY) and maybe people will look past the fact that the screen does not create any value for the buyer.

The fuel price was good, and I got the basic car wash, which did a great job washing my car. The equipment was newer than most places.

The new touchscreens make the process significantly slower. There is a major security flaw, when I punch in my zip code or code it’s visible because the screen is so big any one around can see it.

Market is well stocked with everything one needs. Staff is AMAZING and so FRIENDLY. Docking one star for their store made food. Regarding the chocolate square cake slice with fudge icing from their bakery however I'd give them one star. It is far too sweet and has this chemical/artificial taste to it. It's terrible. Same with their ready made food like their kale salad and rotisserie chicken. While they taste fine there's way too many processed and artificial ingredients in their hot food. Please only buy their ready made foods for emergency meal needs only if you can.

I love this HEB store. Modern, clean, very good price on products. The HEB brand products are of a very good quality. For instance the HEB pizza's are a step above in my opinion. Much better than the cheap pizzas. Just as good or better than Digiorno pizza's. And it's like that with every HEB brand product I have bought so far. All the staff I've come into contact with have been nice, professional, and helpful. This is a great place to shop.
