The whole staff were very welcoming and accommodating and made us feel valued and important throughout our stay. We were a big group so their extra effort was noticeable.

We were a rugby team that visited Austin for a few days to play in a rugby tournament which meant we had about 35 guys constantly using the pool, the lobby, and the breakfast in the morning.Jordan at the front desk was unbelievable. She brought us extra towels at the pool, helped us with anything we needed.Marc - the caretaker - was incredibly helpful and was very interested and supportive throughout the three days that we were here.If we ever play in Austin again, I would definitely come back here! Huge thanks to Marc and Jordan who took such good care of us!

Double charged for staying 8 hours because I needed to checkin outside of ‘normal’ hours because I work nights and sleep days. Had an appointment in afternoon after working extended hours at needed to sleep before appointment. Was told Id be pay an extra $10 if I became a Hilton member but was charged instead for $142.89 (with tax). Checked out shortly after 3 PM after having checked in at around 7 AM. I know I could have stayed the night but after explaining that I sleep days who needs a hotel room to do nothing when I can be at home during the night when I am wide awake. I dont plan to stay at Hilton again in the U.S. or overseas because they simply dont care to accommodate those who work and stay awake nights due to work but still have to play by daytime rules.

On and off of the highway with ease.Hefty umber of eateries around.Quick trip convenience store very close by. With low priced gas. Home depot very close by. View of DELL technologies was unimpressive. Although the slab construction in our foreground was interesting and perplexing.Hotel room was spacious, clean and well appointed. With a microwave and frig. Sofa bed in addition to the king bed.Fitness room with cardio and free weights. Pool. Hilton app allows for a digital key for use with your cell phone. And the app makes check out a breeze.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Jordan at the counter is an absolute delight. She was so helpful to me when I first arrived to get oriented with the area and went as far as helping another group of ladies secure I room in town because they were at capacity. She is setting the bar high for customer service.The breakfast was amazing and the staff working it was so nice and helpful. This hotel puts the others around to shame. Top tier service.The room was clean, smelled good, and was easy to get to. The parking lot was lit and safe.10/10 I stay in the area a lot and I am a member of hyatt and mariott. Skip the points there. I will be staying here from now on.
