My second time renting from the Round Rock Hertz, and I can't say enough good things about their service. I showed up to get my rental and realized I had accidentally booked it for a completely different day. I was worried it would be a huge hassle, but James Laubhan at the counter was an absolute professional. He immediately took care of the situation, corrected my reservation, and had me on my way in no time in a spotless car that was ready and waiting. This is exactly why I skip the third-party websites and always book directly with Hertz. Thank you, James!

Got a car rented when someone hit me and they immediately called to verify reservation details and claim number for the insurance that was paying. Brandon was great over the phone. Once it was the day of the reservation (didn't establish a pickup time), James helped me and made sure to cover all the details, didn't push for extra coverage or the tolls or anything which I really appreciated. The process was quick, maybe about 10 minutes and they gave me the same car that I would drive on a normal basis.

Never experienced it from Hertz, a complete let down. The only target they have to extract $$$ in whatever way possible. Makes me think if i can trust Hertz again.

Very bad experience, They don't pick calls and after multiple attempts they have lifted the call but kept on hold forever.
Worst customer support.

Booked a car online, and when I arrived was told they can’t give me the car I paid for because I don’t have a credit card.
Do not book online and expect to have a car, they won’t give it to you. Now I have to uber all around town instead of using a car.
Sad.

Worst Car Rental experience of my life, hands down. If I could give them 0 stars I would. As the story goes we booked our rental through a 3rd party app. Booking, Expedia and the Hertz gentleman said I shouldn't have and didn't want to help me. After about 30 minutes he said he couldn't find my reservation but miraculously I got a call from the 3rd party say Hertz canceled it. That's not even the cherry on top! The guy tried getting in my face physically and really thought he was going to hit me. He said I should've booked through Hertz and if I learned my lesson.
