My first time at the dentist in YEARS and everyone was extremely friendly and kind. They educated me on everything and every step of the way and reassured my worries about anything and answered any questions I had. Definitely would recommend anyone who gets dentist anxiety to this dentistry because they are very gentle and make sure you’re confortable your entire visit.

I came for my first visit today, I wanted a second option after getting a plan from somewhere else. I really liked how they helped me personalize my plan to fit my needs and wants. Everyone is so nice and helped alleviate some of my dental anxiety ?

Great office. Took me in right away and worked on me same day. I was in a lot of pain when I got there, but I feel way better now. Friendly and cost-effective.

Had a deep clean done after years of avoiding the dentist. Very friendly staff, competent techs, and no attempts to sell extra stuff I didn’t need. Would recommend!

There is NO way this place actually has legitimate 5 star real reviews. Future patients beware. Awful front desk staff or whoever manages new patients isn’t very warm and friendly. Whomever deals with new patients needs to find a new place in their office before more patients are turned away. I would suggest looking through the phone calls and text messages they send out. An office member has literally text me all day long backing that they did nothing wrong when they canceled my appointment, now for the second time due to not accepting the “Complementary benefits check” … Please note, this is not a complementary service, they will cancel your appointment!! Even if they don’t know if you’re self paid, they don’t care nor brother to check. Anywho, whoever runs the front desk and probably will reply to this review, they will argue with you tooth and nail that it is not their fault. Horrible first impression for this place. Don’t say something is Complementary when it is actually mandatory. And don’t call me to confirm my appointment and then cancel it within 10 minutes. Also, do not book online, they’re system isn’t accurate and they will need to reschedule. The dentist probably are good but the staff drive first time guest away. The lady who was arguing with me all day refused to give me her name.

Great first experience, and am super satisfied with the service! Everyone was friendly and the tvs on the ceiling is a plus.Glad to have Dr. Khan as my local Dentist!

Initially, start up was a little slow, and scheduling was a bit chaotic but everything seems to be going smoothly now. Dr. Jain is very competent and professional, Staff is courteous and attentive

Had an awesome experience at Highpoint Dentistry with Dr. Roshan Jain! The team there is super friendly, and Dr. Jain is not only skilled but also really takes the time to understand your needs. The atmosphere is comfortable, and it's clear they care about their patients. Highly recommend for top-notch dental care! ?

I had a cleaning app today. It was the best ever that I have. Thank for Ms Queen that was doing the best jobs ever for me without hurting my gum. But still a good clean above the teeth and gum.Thank for the warm towel ( w scent) and later I will try to have an eye pads, it was help me a lot with my anxious.Great team work, nice , and professionally. I love it. And I will try to get the filling next week w a new doctor. Thank for everything and made my day . ?❤️?❤️

Edith is the most phenomenal and helpful dental assistant ever! She makes my fear of the dentist not feel so bad and constantly makes sure I’m okay and encourages me throughout the whole appointment. Her and Dr.Jain are very kind and extremely professional and helpful. Never pushy, and always patient. Highly recommend coming here, and shoutout to Jen at the front desk for always being on top of it and helpful !!
