What Can I Say other than my experience was amazing. The staff is friendly welcoming and will go above and beyond for you. I had an issue with my room and it was resolved right away. Kim, her Beautiful daughter & Corbin gave stellar customer service. My family and I will definitely stay again:)

My family and I checked in on a Thursday. We were in Round Rock celebrating at Kalahari for our God sons birthday. When we checked in we asked for a late check out, and we were told we could get 1pm. by the women that checked us in(pictured). We also told the lady that we might get an additional night. She said well we can let her know in the morning she'd be back at 7am. So we arrived back to the hotel around 4am-ish. We told the young girl that we would like to stay another night. We asked what the rate was she said it would be the same which was $80 something dollars. We gave her our room number and after a couple minutes she said we were all set. So at 8 something in the morning we hear knocking and it's housekeeping. My wife answered they asked what time we'd be checking out and she told them we leave Saturday. Why are you disturbing us this early. Now my child is woken up and cranky. We get back to sleep and it's 11 something now and there's knocking again. I answer it's housekeeping again asking what time we'd be out and I told her tomorrow because we have the room for another night. She says ok and apologizes. Maybe 20 minutes later our phone rings. It's the front desk asking what time we were leaving and telling us we didn't actually have the room for another night. So we asked how much she the price was $150 now. So we told them we'd gather our stuff and be out soon. When we get down to the front desk to check out we explain everything and she just didn't seem remorseful at all and was very non chalant. Gave us a response like it was night audit and the young girl didn't know. If I'm ever back in this area I will not stay here the service is rubbish. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. This incident muddled us that it doesn't even matter that our room wasn't the cleanest. Spend your money elsewhere.

Worst hotel stay I've had in years. Woke up in a puddle.of sweat my first and only night because the A/c in the room wasn't working. The hotel itself is falling apart from the rooms, to the hallways, to the dining area. The hotel itself is dirty with food and trash. Definitely won't be back here again. I definitely will not be staying at another Holiday inn.

The staff checking us in were super friendly and smiley and no queue, staff in general were very responsive and helpful. The breakfast bar is was well maintained AND the pancake machine worked! The facilities seems reasonably good for the price point, although the room had a strange smell to it which I couldn’t identify. Overall, it was fine.

One star because it won't allow zero stars.Checked in and got our stuff into the room then decided to go out in town for a bit. We left the hotel around 4:15 PM and went to eat and made it back to the hotel at about 8:10 PM. When we were in the room we noticed we had some valuable items had been taken. I checked the door for a sign of break in but there wasn't anything.We went downstairs to inform the clerk and she told us there is nothing she could do. She couldn't look at the video because only the manager can do that. She said she called the manager. He wasn't going to come in and look at anything. She did say that someone could have asked for a key for our room and she could have given them a key. So my wife asked her if she would check ID and the clerk said that she only checked ID at check in.So we called the police to file a report and they were very friendly and helpful.After speaking with the police we decided to stay elsewhere. When telling the clerk we were leaving and asking for a refund, she said she couldn't give us a refund, only the manager could. Of course he is not there until the morning.We stayed the night at another place close by much nicer.We went back to speak with the manager in the morning and when we I ask for him by name, the morning clerk gives me attitude and questions me about everything. She finally does go outside to get him and he comes in and just asks us, "Would you like to check out?"!! What i want a refund for not staying in this hotel that either directly stole from me, or allowed someone to steal from me. He said that there was no evidence of someone breaking in to our room. I knew that already as someone had a key to get in. He said something about having to go check on something about the refund. He went back to the office and we never saw him again. The clerk went back there a couple of times and then came and asked for a number to call us at later as this will take him long to go through this process.We did get a call later in the afternoon from the clerk telling us that they are looking at our case and it could be up to 48 hours if the decide go give us a refund or give us points. Points!!! To stay in this hotel again!! Ridiculous!!Stay away from this place as there is incompetence at every level!

9am with the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping trying to barge in. What good is a do not disturb sign if it’s going to be ignored????Update 12/7/23 and this is still happening.

Very old and dated. The mattress on the sofa pullout is very thin and the springs are all that you can feel. A much cleaned and newer Marriott is just across the street.

For business ok, but could be much better by revamping lounge area, and taking some extra care in fixing up room fixtures. Generally speaking quite run down for a Holiday Inn.

Old cat pee, that's how I would describe the smell in room 302. I got used to it, and everything else was fine. I kind of expect more out of an actual Holiday Inn. An Express location, sure. Those are meant to be a little cheaper. This location definitely does not do the name any favors. It's pretty dated. Really needs new carpet and a better desk setup. Shower head sprayed in 6 different directions. Maybe if they took some of the money they spent on the lobby and put it into the rooms, their reviews would be better.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is dated and definitely in need of a remodel. However our room was very clean and well appointed. This place will be excellent again once remodeled.

Rooms rated about 5 out of 10.. roaches in the bathroom.. had to exterminate well over a dozen throughout the night..Wouldn't recommend this hotel..
