There was a huge roach under the pillows, brown stains on the sheets in the corner and the AC didn't work. Front desk luckily moved me to another room. Refrigerator in the second room was very loud and kept me awake. There were no carts to move luggage anywhere to be found. Had a sore throat the next day from whatever harsh chemicals they used to clean. (Soap and rubbing alcohol are all you need to clean/sanitize, ozone and whatever else your using aren't doing your guests any favors) I don't know why this Home2 is so much worse than other Home2 hotels but I wouldn't go back here.

Great location. Was in town for training,. Rooms are fairly clean. Problem I’ve experienced with staying here are:
1. No water pressure, I mean absolutely horrible, and I don’t have much hair, so good luck if you have a lot to wash.
2. No hot water, or when you have hot water in the shower, you have to have it turned all the way to hot, just to enjoy a lukewarm shower. That coupled with the low water pressure, makes for a very unenjoyable showering experience.
3. The thermostat has a motion detector on it, so at night if you don’t move much, the AC shuts off, and there is no way to turn the blower on full time, so you wake up to a warm and muggy/stagnant room.
I’ll probably try and find somewhere else next time I’m in Round Rock.

Wonderful set of features for booked room. Pet friendly is true to their word. Great full fridge and washing machine. Breakfast is also featuring items that are wrapped for quick grabs for on the go. Very very clean.

This hotel is ok.
The staff is nice, the rooms are really clean and modern, the gym is nice, and the breakfast is good.
The downsides to the hotel are that the elevator requires a key card which is a pain, the shower floor is so slippery that you feel like you can slip and fall in it which makes steamy showers with a woman a risky endeavor, and the pool lounge chairs are so hard that they hurt just sitting on them.
I would recommend this hotel for a family but not for a multiday getaway as a couple.

Have stayed here numerous of times for location and ease when I travel from Dallas for business. This time around walked into room and the deadbolt would not close since the door was hanging and the sink drain would not go up to drain the water. Told the front desk about the situation and she went upstairs and tried to fix the drain and told me the hotel is having issues with their foundation. Asked if I could move to another room, and she right away told me they didn't have any rooms. Had to prop the sink drain with a coffee stirrer so it would drain while using it. Towels and sheets on bed were dirty as well. Was exhausted from traveling and working all day and didn't have the energy to look for another hotel. Didn't sleep well since I knew the deadbolt was not working. Left as fast as I could the next morning! The only thing they offered me for the inconvenience was some points towards my Hilton honors.

Stood at this hotel over the weeķ, my husband and i stay at hilton hotels exclusively . This is the 9th weekend away since jan so it's fair to say we travel an decent amount.
Below is a copy past of my exact email correspondence with Hilton customer service which as of today is still unanswered:
At this point I am unhappy with the entire stay, from the dirty bath room to the cold breakfast(wasn't supposed to end till 930 but by 9 am what was out was scraps and cold) to not having the correct pans for induction burner(wasted food bc i couldnt cook even though your website said i would be able to which was my original complaint) to the very rude manager, to the hotel smelling like pot. This has by far been the worst hilton experience ever, and we have traveled a fair amount. I looked at the holiday Inn close by and figured as an honors member i would go with Hilton tried and true. Not so much this time. Guess it's time to get an igh hotels account and see if they can do better.
If you are just lookin for some place to lay your head it will suffice but do not ask the manager to make good on there promise of enjoying you stay as and also do not 100% count on being able to cook as they may not have the right pans available, and the manger has a horrible attitude. Over not the cleanest, you will smell pot in the elevator
and halls and a hot breakfast is not guaranteed. With all the other hotels available in the round rock area I would recommend picking some place else.

This was by far the best stay that I have had while visiting the Austin Area Rooms was big and breakfast was outstanding. The staff is friendly and very helpful wish we could have used the pool while there but we stayed gone for most of the stay. Will definitely be using this property for all of out Austin Travel.
Rooms: Large Rooms and space
Safety: Parking lot is pretty lite with lights at night and there’s a front desk person here through the night
Walkability: Walking distance to shopping and eating
Food and drinks: Close to a few restaurants

It was very nice, it was my husband and I and 3 of our granddaughters, we got 1 room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was great, all granddaughters were happy with it and we were also.

Very mediocre hotel. Breakfast is the worst we’ve experienced of the hotel chains. Marriott is much better. Beyond the poor quality, they don’t restock the basics (milk/yogurt) or have enough hot food to last. Rooms are fair quality but they have a known lack of hot water issue that has gone unaddressed.
