I can't find my survey link from my visit a few weeks ago, but I still want to leave a good review somewhere! I had amazing help and customer service from Bree and Ori earlier this month! They were both super sweet and helped me find some Monster High Funko Pops in the store :) The store itself is always clean when I go in and has a great selection to choose from!

As the mom, Hot Topic is not my style, but it does appeal to my daughter. Sales rep Cici was helpful and friendly which is why I stayed longer and took my time helping my daughter find specific T-shirts. I appreciate Cici’s pleasant demeanor.

Was in the dressing room with my boyfriend for some help and opinions on things I was trying on. We were not conducting any sort of innapropriate behavior but there was an employee standing outside of our dressing room at all times, which made me incredibly uncomfortable. There was no issue in the beginning, but suddenly about 10 minutes into me trying things on she knocks on the door and says only one person is allowed in the dressing room?? I told her the man with me was my boyfriend and that he was helping me, she said "okay" and then left us alone for a few minutes before coming back and proceeding to kick my boyfriend out of the dressing room. Why? What were we doing that was such an offense? Was it necessary to be so rude and stand in front of the dressing room the entire time? I wish I got her name because it was incredibly discomforting and made us both feel unwelcome in that store.The kicker about this whole ordeal is that immediately after my boyfriend and I left the dressing room, an entire family (husband, wife and children) were allowed into the dressing room together. Seriously? How is a husband and wife being allowed in together any different? I'm glad this was a one off instance at this store and that I was only visiting in passing because I don't think I'll be back. Not that the company cares, but whatever.

Was just asked to leave the dressing room a hot topic because apparently more than one person isn’t allowed in the dressing rooms. Shortly after my partner and I were kicked out of the dressing room a family of FOUR was allowed to all go in together, to top it off we were only in there for about ten minutes and the entire time we were trying on clothes an employee and another family were repeatedly banging on the door and tried jimmying the door open as my partner was sitting there in her undergarments. I obliged and left the dressing room, as I’m doing so I’m being followed by an employee who was wearing glasses with a chain coming off of them, and she was giving me the dirtiest looks for no reason whatsoever. I’ve been coming to this location for years and prior to this experience my partner and I had never had an issue on top of that EVERY single Hot Topic I’ve been to in the Austin area has never had a problem with me going in to help my partner zip up her dresses and skirts she’s trying on.I’m not even mad about the dressing room experience but more so the fact that they’re declaring these stupid rules without any signage to support their out of pocket rudeness. Then when I called to speak with a manager they hung on me.The round rock Hot Topic is a sorry excuse for a store when it comes to how employees speak to customers and sit there seething at customers for literally no reason. Incredibly disrespectful.

Everyone is on point, always making sure if people need help. This was one short girl, i think, named Samantha, who helped my sister, who gave her recommendations about shirts and pants and accessories, which was great. There wasn't a shirt in stock, but she helped us place an order. Great place, great staff.
