Great place to work out! We started 2 months ago and love this place! The infrared heat feels great and I love we can do a HIT or a 45 minute class. And shout out to Shay our fave staff on site!!!

Had a great experience first workout in. I love the way the sauna boosts your serotonin and helps reduce soreness. The workouts are rotated and there are plenty of modifications to keep leveling up within the workouts.

This is by far my favorite type of workout! I actually look forward to going at the end of the day! It's low impact, but the amount of sweat I burn during and after is crazy! Love this place, for sure recommend!!!

I love hot worx!! I’ve been coming here for 2 years now, and I have never felt more comfortable working out in a place.. turn up the heat.. Hot Worx has a clean, and friendly environment.. The employees are always so nice and positive. Larissa and Shea go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. If you love working out in a space where you want to have a community, but don’t necessarily want to workout with a bunch of people this is the place for you.

This place is fabulous, tried it for the first time and it was amazing. Larissa was very professional, she helped me out today, my favorite staff member!! they have a good core workout I was struggling but it did is job. Definitely coming here again ?

Hope nothing medically ever goes wrong. You contact this location to let them know they convince you to go to nine dollars a month and confusingly tell you you're covered through May 1 which you would assume covers you through May because you're billed on the first. Got billed for May Was planning on coming back but since they decided to charge me for all of May, I have to come in and pay a $99 cancellation fee. All this while being billed $60 a month for four months that I didn't walk into the studio. They don't care about you. They care about your money. I referred to people and they are going to cancel their membership at this specific studio. One of them I'm making sure they don't go to the studio. Wouldn't even take into consideration that I can't do anything strenuous and it took me a month to get over there to go sign something in writing. They don't care about the people they care about their money.

I've been coming here for a few months. Absolutely obsessed! I've never been one to look forward to a work out... and I'm low key sad if I miss a day here. Super clean, friendly staff that is always staying busy. They are constantly cleaning! Interactions with other members are always good too. I've lost 35 lbs in 5 months don't hesitate, join.

This is a sad review for me to leave. This location was far and above our favorite Hotworx location. We've traveled all over the US and this location was the one in the area that we kept coming back to when we were home because the staff was amazing and the rooms were always ready during regular hours. We've slowly stopped coming because one of the regular saunas has been broken for well over a month. This limits the options available for one's workouts. In addition, there have been some recent staff changes and it hasn't felt the same. We decided to give it another try and we were surprised to find 3 of the remaining saunas, including the one we were set to use, off for our 4:30pm workout. It takes several minutes for the saunas to heat up which meant our workout would be half over before the sauna reached optimal temperature. We ended up leaving and scheduling a workout at another location. It's sad and unfortunate, but we'll be looking at the University and Lakeline locations for future workouts.

Great workout and unique experience. However the saunas are too small to the point it's a safety issue. I'm 6'1 and my head hits the ceiling during the cycle class. For the other classes I can't lay flat as my head or feet are literally on the heaters as it's that small. Anyone taller than me probably shouldn't join as you can only do some of the workouts. Not sure if all hotworx locations are under sized but it's something that she should address with every one upon sign up

I joined last October and when summer started wanted to put my account on hold. I called and emailed and then after several weeks heard back via text. I was told to cancel I needed to come in (something they never mentioned when I signed up). I actually had hoped to come back in the fall of this year and as a mom of 3 with a busy work schedule this added stress has been a giant pain. Do not recommend.
