First time doing my taxes with them and I’m never going back. They filed the wrong year. A lady from a different location had to call me back in to fix it and apparently the person who messed up has made mistakes like this before according to what her co worker was saying. Still have yet to get my refund (not taxes related) since they did the wrong year they charged me the wrong amount and every time I ask they say we have to have “manager approval” which i understand however why haven’t they when I’ve been asking since April. Never going back to this company

Toby was excellent at giving my husband and I an efficient and thorough experience filing our taxes. He gave us knowledge to better understand our options and the pros/cons to those options. He was pleasant to chat with as well. My favorite part before we said goodbye was the genuine advice he gave to us about the journey through marriage. Toby is good people.
