Absolutely terrible service. Uninformed, unprofessional management. Every step of the way was messed up including the payment made to the IRS and the lack of options avaible to make the payment to the IRS. The application was out of sync and I had to rely on the office staff for next steps. It was my first and last time to use HR Block. I will go back to Turbo Tax.

I have been negligently managed by HR Block. In previous years when I did not buy a tax pro review I was fine. This year after I completed by taxes I elected for a tax pro review on 3/31. This individual (on copy) named Roxanna has caused me to delay my taxes, was rude after missing the deadline and then assigned me to a retired professional who does not even work for HR block anymore. This has not only been psychologically tolling on me but has caused me to pay penalties that now I cant figure out how to make Roxanna or HRBlock to pay for. I have archived and saved each communication and provide the timeline below. I will be forwarding this email and my complaint to several online forums, consumer complaint agencies and social media platforms for help. I may also need to seek legal help to solve this issue for me. After calling the HR Block customer service line and local offices several times one of two things happen 1) the call drops and no one calls me back or 2) the office claims they do not represent Roxanna. I finally asked a refund and am now liable personally for the penalties.
