I can understand some of the reviews on here now. I went in to see about just exchanging some money for specific coin denominations. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t help me because I’m not a member there. That was their first question and any question beyond that futile, including if they knew of any other banks that could help. Thankfully there was Wells Fargo down the street and they were extremely friendly and able to help me out even with me not being a member.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Anna the branch manager is terrible. She should be fired. This bank also like to steal from their customers.

What the bleep is wrong with your people? I can't reach someone by phone, so I went to a branch. No customers in there. I ask to speak to someone about a commercial loan. The nice teller went into the branch manager's office-another employee from another office was sitting in her office in another chair. The teller came out and said I could fill out an application and it would be directed to someone and they would call me. I told him I'm not there for an application, I have questions and I wanted to speak with someone in commercial loans. Before I was ushered into the manager's office, the other employee left the chair and went back to her office. I repeated (again) what I was looking for. She asked a bunch of questions, didn't know who to send me to, tried the computer, called one person, asked my name, I gave her my first name, she asked my last name and I said I'm just here to ask questions and get a name of someone I can talk to. She said, "Oh we don't give you his name". Seriously woman? She might as well have followed it up with "mmm-hmmm" and a shoulder shrug. At one point she called me baby. So when I made three requests to speak to a live person about a commercial loan, what she heard was something else. She wanted to take my information instead and keep employees names a secret while I wait around just to ask a question. Exactly how did Doris Franklin get to be Branch Manager? Then the guy on the phone told her the name. I actually got a name. She didn't know the branch, so I had to try and find it on my own. Par for the course, isn't it? Even worse when I called! I tried to reach Miss Veronica, but then they gave me a young kid who could NOT answer my questions. Daniel knew NOTHING. He may as well have stuck his finger in his mouth the whole time. I asked him his title. He was a Small Business Lender. I finally had to tell him I said I was interested in a commercial property loan, not a business loan. I asked him who was in charge of that department. "He's not here right now" was his answer. Then he said I could talk to Ronnie. Again, not listening. I said I was looking for a name, not to talk with someone right this second. He finally said Alan Wise was his name. I asked him to spell it. He described it instead. I told him I was having a hard time hearing him and asked him to spell it again. IBC, it's time to retrain your people in customer service. What the hell is the big secret? Why is it so hard to get the name of someone to answer questions about a loan? Why is it so hard to get in contact with a live person to do business? Don't you idiots realize that when these things happen on the front lines it's a representation of what you tolerate and how much they are a reflection of your company? Not interested! Your people need to grow the bleep up and learn some bleeping manners. It's time they take their jobs more seriously. As is, this is pathetic!

I have had nothing but good interactions with the people at this branch office. I have issues with IBC mortgage but the people who work at the IBC branch office on Gattis School Road are very helpful. Doris, who is in charge, is awesome and the rest of the staff is great as well.

If someone tells you to bank at IBC run like hell. They cannot handle any disputes and just lend a sympathetic ear and do nothing. They prefer to hold funds from a widowed woman than resolve the issue.

Very slow and a single check deposit thru the drive thru took 15 minutes and I was the only one at the drive thru. They could hire more efficient tellers. What's the point of having a drive thru if it take 15 minute to complete a simple transaction?

Worse bank ever. Everyone is always on their phone when you walk in and they make it clear that no one one wants to assist you. I walked in to close my account and it literally took half hour to close 1 account. I had 3 accounts and she just wanted to assist me closing one of the accounts.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I had gone to this bank several months ago and was told by a banker that I could open an account for my child and they would get a debit card. I go in there today and was told they don't give debit cards to kids under 16 they only give atm cards. If the previous banker would have given me the correct information I would not have wasted my time going here. Ine reason I opened an account here because he told me my child could get one too. He didn't seem to know what he was talking about.

Worst bank ever! I opened an account with IBC. A Rep came to our workplace to offer employees a chance to open an account with them. I gave in and opened it as a secondary account for my savings. This was a month before my wedding. I never got a card and was locked out of my online account from day one. A few months pass and i get a call from a debt collector saying my account was closed with IBC due to inactivity because i never used the account. I ended up losing the money i put in and had to PAY money in fees to a account i never used. Not one single call was given to me about my account. Add photos
