As a season ticket holder. I would give a quarter star or no star if I could. This is just about the Intel club. No more menu just a buffet. $25.00 plus a 20% tip added to you bill with out asking or being able to change it. IT'S SERVICE YOURSELF comes out to about $32.00 with tax. Food tasted all preprocessed mac and cheese was like paste, potato salad tasted like HEB's not that HEB's is bad, But for the cost you would expect something made there fresh. Salad was minimal lettuce, cheese and red onions with one dressing. beef brisket was cut 1/2 inch thick dry with Sauce poured on top with a bowl if you wanted more sauce. tasted like roast. pulled pork was pork drowning in more BBQ sauce tasted like sauce. They had chicken wings that tasted like they where fried in old oil, wings only no season or wing Sause. Dessert was Costco cookies. Will never make this mistake again. Stay way save your money. I fact I told a couple that was looking at the buffet not to get it and they thanked me and went and got tacos. Wish I would have do that. I assume the attraction is the 2 beers or glasses of wine you get with the cost. But for someone that does not drink it is not worth it. PLEASE bring back the menu!!!!!

Everything is expensive, took over a hour to leave the parking lot. Lines everywhere, poorly run events.

Account Executive Anthony Pollo has gone above and beyond on three separate occasions to help my family have a great experience at the ball park. The first was on Father's Day - I reached out to him about reserving 12 seats together that were out of the sun, since my two month old baby boy would be attending, and he responded immediately to help coordinate the event. It was my husband's first Father's Day, my dad's first Father's Day as a grandpa, and my son's first baseball game ever. Needless to say, it was a special day for my family, all thanks to Anthony. We are Round Rock Express fans for life!

dollar dog night was fun. we bought lawn seats but ended up just sitting at the bar or the picnic table. the dollar sodas were pretty small but otherwise, nice stadium, lots of vendors, but they carry pepsi and not coke which just sucks.

I attended the 4th of July game (July 4, 2022), where the home team won. Like with so many others we sat in the parking lot to leave for better than an hour. I could not tell if local police were on-site to direct traffic or not, as I sat away from the street in my car. I give this experience thumbs down for lack of being organized or anyone taking charge. No way should you sit not moving for an hour after a game.

Always a great family or individual experience. Plenty of concessions to grab some ballpark food n drinks, or some adult beverages. They have a few bars you can sit at and enjoy the game or just chat with friends or family. They offer lawn seating above the outfield wall, or regular seating in the home run deck in the outfield. They also have a section a in the outfield with oversized wooden chairs but these are limited. Of course they offer regular seating from behind home plate all the way to outfield. There is a play area for kids, and a gift shop. I'm sure I haven't covered it all, as there is so much to see and do here as it's an excellent ball park.

My first minor league game/ stadium. Impressive. The stadium is beautiful, (a pool and kid space???), staff are super friendly and the facility great. The fans were great too. Just rooting for a good game and that was delivered for sure. Great beer garden too- not just the big guys!!!!

I have decided to give up my season tickets and I will no longer be going to the dell diamond. I deal with politics during the day, but when I view sports I do it for an escapism.

Round Rock Express, I have so many words and so many memories. From the time my family and I moved to Round Rock and we watched the firework show for the first time. The time when the round Rock Express had Will Ferrell visit the field, or when I joined the baseball summer camp and had an amazing vacation from home! I am deeply in love with this place and I will NEVER EVER forget how wonderful this place is. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for all the memories that I will cherish forever!

My son and I recently attended our first Round Rock Express baseball game and had a really great time! This is a gorgeous ball park. Thank you for offering parking at a reasonable price - $10. We did not have to wait very long to enter the stadium and security was a breeze. Tickets were cheap - $7 to sit on the lawn. The seating was not that much more expensive but the lawn provided a very fun experience. My son really enjoyed the bungee trampoline in the playground area. The cost was $5 or you could buy an unlimited pass for $10. The line was pretty long though. The cost of food and drinks were on the same level as an Astros game which was pretty expensive. Hot dogs were $6 each which is a bit much if you ask me. We enjoyed visiting the gift shop and were able to find a really cool shirt for my son. Despite losing the game, we had a really great time and built memories that will last a lifetime. Getting out of the parking lot after the game was a bit of an issue. I feel like there is room for improvement here. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We'll be back!

The Dell Diamond and The Round Rock Express is definitely a fun way to enjoy your weeknights, and my friends & I have been coming here for years. The only reason for 3 stars, however, is because of some recent events involving some of the food staff. In the 7th inning, if Round Rock records a strikeout against the opposing team, they do the famous "$1 Hot Dogs until the top of the 8th" On 3 separate occasions, I or my friends have waited in line for $1 hot dogs, and once it's our turn to buy one, we're either told "We don't have enough supplies" after we watched the last few people in front of us buy 10+ hot dogs. Or "They didn't record a strikeout." When the team clearly did. Tonight, we ended up receiving the hot dogs we asked for, but the staff gave us attitude the entire time, and even had the audacity to ask a customer what "his problem" was, when he was disappointed they couldn't give him a tray to carry his hot dogs. As I said, the Round Rock Express is a great place for families and get togethers, although the staff could use a little work, and maybe there should be a way of limiting people to a certain amount of hot dogs during that $1 period.

Ticket price was decent. We went on $1 soda and hotdog night. The guy at the counter said soda, small soda was $2. I ask what happened to $1 soda. He said there was no such thing. We paid the $2 each for our sodas then I found a schedule that showed the $1 soda and hotdog. My husband took it to show the guy. He hadn't offered us a receipt and said without a receipt we can't prove what we paid, refusing to refund the difference. I called the main office the next morning to see if my husband's tool from his belt had been turned into lost and found, as he couldn't find it and couldn't recall if security had given it back. While I was leaving a voice mail, I decided to tell them what had happened and a problem with a coupon on the back of the ticket. Laura, in charge of marketing, called me immediately and apologized. She went above and beyond to correct our bad experience, giving us free tickets and parking. And when we arrived at the game, she had instructed me to call a person in charge of food. Joe came and was extremely nice and let my children have whatever they wanted. He said He was behind a customer in line who had the same issue we did and corrected the server The server said he had done the same thing to someone else, that would have been my husband. Great people doing great things!
