Allowed to sit in the foyer since I was a bit earlier than opening time. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and appreciated at the Round Rock location. Plenty of parking for all!

I'm gonna give them five stars. We went in shopping for my son. They had a great selection. The prices were really good. Nicer clothes than what you could get at Target for about the same price. Strong work!

today I picked up two ship-to-store orders. one had a shipping charge attached while other order did not. I ask why and they do not know, they said there's nothing you can do about it, so I'm done with jc penney altogether.

I had an appointment schedule for today 12/21, I called the office and told them I was running a little late because I recently had a baby who was acting up. Our appointment was scheduled for 5pm, we made it there at 5:07pm and the dude that was there refuses to take our pictures, I even explained to him that we drove an hour to get here.This is not my first time taking pictures at JCPenny but this sure will be my last time.

Carrie in Portrait Studio Deserves the BIGGEST raise. Everyone was being VERY rude with my sister being 5 minutes late. We couldn't rebook because she doesn't live in the state. They basically told my sister tough luck and to leave.
Carrie chased my sister who was crying and exiting the building. She said she would squeeze us in for a brother sister photoshoot and I know our Mother is going to LOVE it.
