Don't go there for service they will not get anything done to you're car and won't even contact you about you're car I left my truck there for the Window trimming replacement and supposedly the tech by the name Xavier was working on it but the whole time he was not once at work or was my car even worked on then I call multiple times they said someone will contact me and nothing and the cherry one the cake is they have my phone number Info linked to someone else who I don't even know so hell no don't take y'all cars here for service unless you want to be played around with like a rag doll!!! Oh and no my car is still not done!

So.... Y'all got hit by that massive hail storm last night, my question is will you still be charging over msrp on those hail damaged cars? Haha karmaReply to Brandon: uncharging stupid protection packages to your customers is not doing a community service. Good dealerships allow the customer to choose these add ons. Crappy dealerships like yours pushes them on people. You know interest rates are high right now, zero discounts on sale price and then to add injury you force protection packages. This is gonna come back to bite you when those people become so upside down on their vehicles that it completely takes them out of the future market because used market is crashing. Anybody reading these reviews, do yourself a favor and contact other dealerships within 300 miles. They will sell you a vehicle with zero add ons. Don't buy hail damaged repaired vehicles

My service experience was awesome. Because of schedules I had to arrive with my 11 month old in tow, and from the very beginning I was greater with care! Alex took such great care of us from beginning to pick up. She grabbed the door for me and was so nice during every part of my experience! They had my car 3 weeks with no communication. I would call and leave messages but no one returned my calls. Then I get a call saying my car had a new engine and was ready for pickup. I was a little shocked but happy when he told me the extended warranty covered the cost. I love my KIA. This is my second one. There are two KIA dealers closer to my house than KIA of Round Rock, but I happily drive the extra distance because the customer service by all staff is so good. I tried the closer ones for my first service need on EV6 but their service departments were not run nearly as well as KIA of Round Rock.I have been treated like a valued customer for each of 4 routine visits and will definitely purchase my next KIA from them.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I had a recall done on my brother-in-law’s vehicle that I brought to the dealership. I was greeted by my Service Advisor, Jamie, and she took very good care of me. While I waited to get the vehicle repaired, people greeted me from the dealership everyone was so kind.

The service advisor was friendly and attentive during my service appointment.He explained what I needed to know about the service process being that it was my first time getting work done from Kia. And made sure that I would make it to another appointment that conflicted my appointment with Kia.I'll definitely come back!

Scheduled for belt replacement due to recall. Techs started on time and had me out the door in about 1.5 hours. Everyone cordial and friendly.
