If I could leave zero stars, I enrolled my daughter there in the beginning of the month and in three weeks we have so many complaints and pictures day one was not the best drop off, but couldn’t complain because it was day one day two that we got their legacy was saying that she didn’t want to be there she didn’t like her teachers that her teachers were mean day three after watching the cameras, we noticed that legacy got pushed down by another little kid and nothing was done about it. The teachers didn’t address it or anything like that after about a week of being there I was looking at the cameras and saw one of the teachers laying on the ground with her iPad above her head and another teacher with her back to the kids lean in her head on the counter. I know she was pregnant but you are working in a daycare and you should be attending to the kids pregnant or not the following week. My three year old was attacked by a little boy punched in the face pushed down why the kid was on top of her hitting her and we are watching this unfold on the cameras the teacher, Alexa or Alexis did not do anything about it looked at legacy on the cameras and just kinda got her away from it when we got there to pick her up that afternoon we asked what happened even though we saw it on the cameras what happened? Alexis said that Legacy which is my daughter said that Nini did it which is My Wife I do have pictures of that morning before she went to school and I have pictures of when we picked her up I do not recommend the school whatsoever paid the registration fee which was the $275 plus the first week of daycare which was 300 and I asked for our registration feedback since she was only there for the 2 1/2 weeks. We were denied that they said it was nonrefundable so if you love your babies , do not I repeat allow them to go to the school unless you want them to get attacked or you want a teacher to lay on the floor and be watching the iPad instead of paying attention to your kids so I love my baby therefore I took her out as soon as possible and now she is definitely in a better place so the kids are kids and round rock is not the place to be. I have called up there multiple times before today about the registration fee and have been avoided so I don’t think that the registration fee should’ve been withheld from us especially with being there after two weeks 2 1/2 weeks I’m sorry so yeah if you really want to keep your kids safe do not take them to Kids or Kids

I just wanted to say that when Paul walks into Ms. Carmelita's classroom his face lights up. I would have to agree. Ms. Carmelita's art projects and all of the fun activities that she does each day with the children in her classroom is simply wonderful. My thee kids have been through Kids R Kids in Round Rock going on 7 years now and I have nothing but praise for them. Thank you,Corey.

We removed our 2 year old from being there only 3 weeks after seeing his teacher being aggressive with him and other kids on the live feed. Teacher was pulling their arms and yanking them around before nap time. Other parents had already complained about this teacher being aggressive which we didn’t know as well. We told the front desk and asked to see the recording and apparently they have a live feed but it’s not recorded (which I don’t believe). Went back to pick up his stuff and the lady at the front Kathy I believe had an attitude that we were removing him from the school. I would stay far as possible from this place with your children!!!

If I could give zero I would. There was an incident yesterday at Kids R Kids of Round Rock on Red Bud Ln. where I watched my my sons teacher be aggressive/abusive to another child on the live stream during nap time. My son has only been attending this daycare for 2 weeks now. We immediately went and picked him up after what I witnessed. I was advised the teacher was fired. They mentioned they have live streaming but unfortunately none of it is recorded. I happened to be watching because I had a bad feeling after I witnessed the teacher yell at another kid on Monday. Please steer clear of this daycare and if your child is current enrolled, watch those live streams closely to insure this is not happening to your child.

We just removed our 2.5 yr old from this school, having been there since she was 1. Our oldest daughter attended here as well. Over all the experience was good. There were things here and there, but nothing that warranted removal. The director, Jenna, doesn’t express desire or impetus to change anything you may have an issue with. It’s like a wild goose chase to get ahold of her and she’ll just placate you without any follow through. Brenda and Kathy at the front are very sweet. One red flag was when I saw a toddler brought up to the front, crying, very sad, and one of the front desk staff members (older woman with yellowish bleach blonde hair and fake eyelashes) told him to “stop crying, you’re too old for this stuff! Am I gonna have to sit you in ms Jenna’s office??” He looked about 3. He was not throwing a tantrum - he was crying at drop off like many other kids. But the biggest red flag, and what prompted swift removal of my daughter from this school, is the HORRIBLE 2 yr old classroom teacher, Ms Zaira. She is the coldest, most unfriendly woman. She has never once smiled in my vicinity. She has never once greeted me. She has never once said hello to my daughter at drop off. She has never once said nice words to the kids when I am there. She’s always yelling. She LOOKS mean. My daughter literally sobs at drop off when Ms Zaira is there, and she doesn’t do that with any other teacher. My 2 yr old comes home yelling at her baby dolls that they are “bad”, she yells to “go away!” And to “leave me alone!” Phrases we absolutely do not use in our home. She has been more aggressive since starting with this teacher. When she “plays”, she tries to make me and my husband be mean to each other so she can be the teacher and tell us how bad we are. She plays nap time with her dolls and tells them to “be quite!” Go to sleep! Put your face down!” Words we NEVER say at her nap time. She even grabbed my face and said “look at me!” once. It’s devastating to see my child behave in ways I have never witnessed before due to an evil teacher. This woman should not be with children! The same front desk staff mentioned above, who was unkind to a child, is also one who told me how “bad” the original 2 yr old teacher was (ms Kim) and who they were getting was someone soooo much better (Ms Zaira). For one, that’s so unprofessional to talk badly about the teachers to the parents. For two, ms Kim is light years better than Ms Zaira! I even saw on the camera, ms Zaira physically remove my child from a ring around the Rosie circle and make her stand with her back to the wall for no reason, while the others kids played. She’s horrendous and I feel so sorry for the other children. I do NOT recommend this school if you have a toddler. The older kid class was great for our oldest daughter, and Ms Melissa was great for 1 yr olds, but that’s about it.

Overall, the daycare has been great; coming up on a year of my child being in their care. Mrs. Norma and Ms. Evelyn are amazing and attentive teachers. Both are very informative, keeps the parents updated, and really cares for the child’s well being. You don’t really get that in a lot of daycares these days. Kids R Kids teachers keep you at ease. My child loves seeing Ms. Kathy during morning drop-off; always welcomed with a wave, greeting, and a smile.

Kids R Kids has exceeded all of our expectations! We came from a super small daycare and while we loved it, we moved and had to find a new daycare. The director Mrs. Jenna truly cares and knows all the kiddos at the center. Mrs. Kathy & Mrs. Brenda are always smiling and willing to help. We have enjoyed all of our teachers & our older kiddo even goes back for their awesome summer camp. They have so many activities & always have a fun theme or event going on.

My daughter went there when she was 18 months to 4 years old. My daughter loved all of teachers and admin staff. My daughter was always safe, she always had fun, and she learned so much. I always felt like the doctors and staff had my back and worked with me when I had any questions. Also, they were so responsive during COVID-19. I would highly recommend.
