Went in for an alignment and was assisted by Johnny. Very friendly, informative and didn't use any scare tactics like others do. I usually go to the Red Bud location but it doesn't offer alignments. There were several cars in the garage but the wait was not too long. Johnny informed me about getting my tire replaced. I've been going to Kwik Kar for many years now and haven't been disappointed yet. Thanks Johnny, staff, and Kwik Kar!

Went in yesterday and got an oil change and some other little stuff done they’re excellent. I’ve never had any trouble with anything I’ve ever done. They are a five star company and everybody should go there and get oil changed or any kind of mechanical stuff done. They are great

Awesome customer service everytime and so friendly. They are very clear and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and can walk us through just about anything to get it fixed or to bring it back to inspection status. Thank you guys! Awesome job!

Quick oil change ended up in fumes and smoke the night after the change. Went back next day they were defensive and said they would’ve wrote notes but they didn’t. I left very unhappy. Needless to say I should’ve stuck with jiffy lube
