Fast and friendly. They provided the service I asked for and didn't insist on upcharging me for additional things I didn't want done at the time. My oil change was was done in a very timely fashion.
The waiting room is comfortable and clean, but I didn't have a long wait at all.

I come in one day, guy doing inspections is on lunch, come in the next day they can’t do inspections because the system is down, wait a few days and come back an hour before close and am told “this is my last one” with a cocky attitude. Ridiculous.

I go here to get a state inspection done because they are usually not busy. Came here for an oil change and the manager started upselling me about getting an engine flush and radiator flush. I don't know much about cars and he showed me the dark oil around the filter. Then I did a google search and asked my mechanic friend and for sure it was a upsell. He made me believe that I needed it done so he was a good salesman. Paid $180 for an oil change. Lesson learned, and I will not be coming back to get anything done.

These guys are always super nice, get the work done quickly and are very transparent with pricing. I come every year and get my inspection done. I’m always in and out with no problem. Always a great customer service.

If you came to change the oil, they’ll put you out of the queue. If you come to the inspection, they will put you at the end of the queue. And you will wait for a very long time.
