Excellent, professional service. Kind employees and manager very communicative keeping me up to date asap and delivering quick results.Had to have my car towed there to have them run a diagnostic test. The starter was the problem, which was replaced quick and easy.Will have my car taken care of here,from now on!Thank you so much!

It was pretty busy around Thursday lunchtime. The mechanics were, indeed, relatively “kwik” despite how busy they were.There’s a clean, surprisingly spacious (considering the size of the building) waiting area and a small bench outside.No complaints except for the tiny lot, but that’s on me for not paying attention for which driveway to pull up in to.

I have been taking my Kia here for years, and every time the service has been great. Honest, cost effective and great service every time I go. Today was no different, my kia is hitting high mileage and told them I need it to keep going. The staff communicated everything I need to do to keep in running as new, they took the time to explain to me the maintenance needed and why. Today I had a great experience visiting Kwik Kar ... The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I drive a Lexus SUV, and the oil change place close to me always tells me they don't have my filters so I've been going to the dealership where it takes well over an hour.... I'm really glad to have come across this place. Thank you Kwik Kar for being awesome!!

1) Quality of work: 10/10. Have had absolutely no prblems thus far with my vehicle after entrusting these guys. They can perform all the general vehicle service you could think of.3) customer service: 10/10. Specifically, a young woman named “Alex” was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. As a former manager in retail, I can speak from experience that she exhibits elite customer-service skills. Made me feel warm and welcomed and valued. Definitely the character that is promotable and that you want representing your business.Overall, 1000% satisfied customer. Absolutely no complaints. 10/10 everything. 5 stars. Come to this garage. You’ll get everything you need and won’t regret it.

I called ahead and was told the wait time was 30 minutes. It turned out to be quicker. Zack was super friendly and met me before I even got out of the car. Afterward he let me know it was time for a brake flush. The cost was fair. The waiting room was very clean and air conditioned.Thanks!Service: Brakes

I needed a vehicle inspection. I called, drove there, had the car inspected, and drove out in under 22 minutes. Not like the 1-3 day wait time at F-Stone. Friendly folks, quality care, and efficient service.

The employees are friendly and helpful. Make sure to call ahead and ask what the wait time is; sometimes it's hours for just an inspection, and sometimes there's no wait at all.

I stopped in today to get my car inspected. The inside was clean, and comfortable. I was offered water or coffee as soon as I stepped inside. Zach helped me. I waited no longer than 20 minutes, honestly I was probably waiting 15. There were a couple recommendations that I need to follow up with, but I wasn't pushed to get it done right away. I appreciate that. I went there to get my car inspected, and that's what I paid for. Zach was super nice, and very helpful. I will definitely be back soon to get my brakes flushed! Thanks again!
