The pastor tacos were great the day I went. If you can’t do pastor right you shouldn’t be in the business.

Excellent food, very clean, and the very efficient staff keeps the line moving. The menudo is OUT OF THIS WORLD and the salsas are the perfect balance of flavor and heat. The meat market on the other side of the store has some great cuts as well. Defenetly a hidden gem in Round Rock!
