The quality of La-Z-Boy furniture has really gone by the wayside. Recliners are flimsy and lack the precision to even hold themselves upright. We are not happy with this overpriced "furniture". It belongs in an RV. After speaking with salespeople about a refund or replacement with something better, I do not feel like we have been represented well and do not feel like a valued customers as they claim we were outside of the 36 hour return window. Only got a chance to sit in the Trouper sectional once in 3 days to realize it's quality issues. Spent $6,500 on a terrible excuse for a couch that La-Z-Boy will not stand behind. I will report back with any positive resolution.I DO NOT recommend this furniture or this company. It is stunning that they still exist. This furniture is overpriced junk.Extreme buyers remorse. I will never Buy another La-Z-Boy and will do all I can to help others not make the same mistake that I have.

Sales man very helpful, not our first purchase. Just wish it didn't take so long to receive items. Blah blah blah. Made to order. I've ordered from other sites and wait isn't nearly as long.

BUYER REALLY BEWARE!!!!Special order deliveries can take more the 9 months and there is nothing you can do about it. It's in the contract that they make you sign. All I ordered was 1 recliner from Amy back in February, now they're tell me they "might" have it in September. When I ordered the recliner, Amy told me I was "required" to purchase the $120 Guardian Leather Treatment in addition to the $3,300 cost of the recliner and told me they were aiming to deliver it in 4 months then pulled a fast one on my and told me it was back ordered and would be end of July, now they're telling me September.

Lazy Boy has changed. We had a lovely recliner passed down to us that served us well for 40 years. It became a tad bit uncomfortable so we decided to purchase a new Lazy Boy . Four years later it is broken. The foot rest won’t stay up, the parts are plastic. The frame is particle board. The stuffing is sagging . So disappointed. Will never buy Lazy Boy again!

As some of the other reviews on here state, there is no communication from the store on delays. My furniture was due in last week. The week before I called and it was still on track to be delivered. I called today and, first the salesperson had a hard time finding my order, next he said it’s now due in July. It’s already been 6 months. I called the customer care number listed on some of the responses from La-Z-Boy on other reviews and it stated my zip code is not in their service area and that I should contact the store directly. Definitely not worth what you pay. Seek furniture elsewhere!

I ordered a sectional and recliner almost a year ago. I get no updates despite repeated messages to the manager Allen or even a returned phone call. I was told there was a 6-9 month lead time and it’s been a few weeks shy of a year. The associates tell me the manager is “too busy” to come to the phone or return calls. I just want to cancel or receive my order. Either way, I would like ANYONE to tell me what my options are.

I had to give 1 star to review. But this store has horrible customer service. No one helped me. And when I asked a question I felt like I was an imposition. They quickly laid out my choices and walked away.

Don't do it! After multiple unreturned phone calls, they "lost" my PAID FOR item for delivery. Multiple stories. Don't do it! Yep- zero stars if it would let me and multiple regrets.
