It’s never exciting getting your blood drawn but the lady that helped me this morning and took my blood was nice and made it as good as an experience as one can have despite being by herself. Check in was easy, the procedure was fast, and the place was clean.

Claudia was great! Very friendly. Big negative was she was the only one working and had to deal with too many people. Labcorp needs to hire more help and give Claudia a raise!

Worst experience ever. Arrived at 1pm and did not leave until 3:30 all for a drug test for employment that took less than 5 minutes.

Miss. Claudia is wonderful! If I could give her 10 stars I would. Now Labcorp you really need to find someone to help this wonderful lady. I sat in that lobby for a long time and watched her get nothing but complaints from impatient people and she handled it with such professionalism and still had a smile on her face. Y’all better get her some help or you’re going to end up losing a really good employee.

Terrible service.
When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. The lady at the front desk is never at her post. I had a scheduled appointment at a specific time and, after waiting an extra hour, I approached to ask how much longer I would have to wait. The lady responded with a very bad attitude: “Everyone had an appointment, you have to wait.” I canceled right then and left. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Scheduled an appointment for a urine drug test. Came 30 minutes early only to find out that they put up a sign saying that they will not be doing those until further notice. They can’t even bother informing people about it on their scheduling website or even calling me about it after I placed this appointment.

Horrible planning and you dont make it to ur time. Spend 1 hour plus waiting after the assigned appointment. Run away from this place

Kami is amazing! I had a blood draw today, and I'm a TOUGH STICK, but Kami handled it like a pro.
This angel was running the whole clinic when I came in! Reception, blood draw, everything.
Thank you for making what is always a terrible experience for me, just a little more pleasant :-)

I usually don’t write many reviews but wanted to share that I had a great experience at this location. Claudia was awesome and very personable. I am a person who hates getting my blood drawn or anything dealing with needles. She was very gentle and I barely felt it. Before I knew it I was done! She definitely knows what she is doing. There was another lady as well who was very friendly. I didn’t get her name. I also liked the fact that they accommodated me right before they closed for lunch. I appreciate that.

Claudia did a phenomenal job assisting me and drawing blood. I’m typically “hard to stick” but she did it first try and got it all done in one go 10/10 will return here for more lab work

This location should be shut down. The staff are rude and they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in the door. You can easily overhear what testing other patients are having which violates patient privacy laws. At 9am on a Tuesday they ran out of supplies to complete routine pre employment testing and I had to go to another location. I’ve never been to a testing site that was this disorganized.
