I am a 75 year old widow. I think sometimes people have a tendency to take advantage of older single women. Lambs provided me with a picture of all of the work that needed to be done. It was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Very professional and knowledgeable about automotive. Came in for an oil change and a tires rotation. They quoted me and an estimated time to 2 hours. I wasn't thrill about the 2 hours. But they managed to get it done within a little over an hour. I was very pleased. Will be back for sure.

Great shop. This shop has been my go-to since 2018. Great group of folks! Recommended brake pad replacement on a state inspection then I went to pick it up and they realized they made a mistake. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation but they didn’t. Seriously, they’ve come through in a few pinches for me and they’ll be my go-to for anything I can do in my own garage. Keep up the great work y’all!!

I called about getting my car serviced on a Friday afternoon expecting them to be booked out several days or more. But that was not the case! They got me in the next morning and were done in just a few hours! Their prices were very reasonable! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Always a great experience. I've been a Lamb's customer for years because they treat people like people and not just a potential sale. They tell you the problem and recommend fixes, but never have I felt pressure to fix or buy something unnecessarily. Everyone is great at what they do and always do the job right.

Came in for a standard oil change and my car was done within the hour! I’ve never had this experience in the past. Super grateful for a smooth walk-in appointment. Thanks for showing your care for our community by offering specials as well!!

For me in quickly, fair pricing on low profile tires and super friendly. Clean, comfortable waiting area inside and walking distance to food and coffee if you don't want to hang out. (Round Rock on Sunrise location). Will be back.

This morning I went in for a quick oil change. They were steady but far from slammed. Once they took my vehicle I waited for an hour and fifteen minutes. I waited for roughly 2 hours all told for an oil change. Far from criminal but significantly less than desirable. The crew is certainly thorough in their examination of my vehicle, they recommended a lower grade of oil than what I had used on previous visits and insisted that their records indicated that I used the grade that they were currently recommending, I checked my receipts and they were either incorrect in their records or they over charged me on two prior occasions. When they came to release my vehicle they recommended over ten times the initial estimate in "routine maintenance" some of which they had recommended on previous visits, most of which I had done at that time, a quick google search indicates that the air filter should generally be changed once every 12-15k miles not 2x a year with regular mileage. Additionally there were recommendations that they had made at my last inspection that were not made this time, and I do not believe that my spark plugs magically improved without any action being taken on my part.I am not sure whether they have poor records, poor communication, or thought that the person they had made late to work would be the person willing to up-spend on maintenance but ultimately it confirmed, for me, the stereotype of the weaselly auto-mechanic trying to upcharge unwary consumers. Looking over my bills for the last year or so I realized that I spent over the average yearly maintenance (per google) at Lambs alone, not counting other repairs at other mechanics and the dealer, who each provide no other indication of ongoing issues, expenses, or areas of concern.I have been getting my oil changed at Lambs for its convenient location and friendly staff, but about the start of COVID I have not been able to get in and out without a drastic number of additional recommendations that I don't seem to get from other professionals.I am by no means a car expert, and I drive a beat-up car in need of regular maintenance but I am no longer able to rationally assume that I am being accurately assisted by the mechanics at Lambs Tire and Automotive. It has been my experience that their friendly staff use their personability to attempt to lull consumers into additional services for their vehicles that, while not harmful, are over-generously estimated in their value to the end consumer.Edit- took out specific dollar value amounts that had been exaggerated/miscalculated in initial review. It is not my intent to misrepresent, and the edits have been done to prevent my agitation from painting Lambs Tire and Automotive in any way other than a genuine expression of my opinion after leaving their shop this, and almost every time since early 2020.

I went here yesterday and they said I needed new spark plugs. I got them fixed and today 30 minutes in driving whenever I started to accelerate the car would act strange. The acceleration is so slow in the car and there's a vibrating / shaky noise in the engine. I now need to get a car rental. I wish they would not have offered to replace the spark plugs if they couldn't do it correctly. I'm on my way out of state and I now need to get a rental car for the week. Now I'll have paid for expensive spark plugs that aren't safe and an expensive rental car for the week. I don't recommend going here.

Brought my 2012 Nissan Juke in for some parts I purchased to be installed. Parts were installed with no problem, but they told me I had a coolant leak, but declined the servicing to repair it. Next day, oil started leaking RAPIDLY. Got the car looked at by my brother in law and he said there was no coolant leak, but now there was a damaged oil seal. Oddly suspicious considering it was just "serviced" at this location. I usually bring my vehicles to my brother in law for maintenance or repair as he is a mechanic, but he lives in San Antonio, so I figured this time I would save my time and just get my parts installed at lambs. Don't trust this location nor the mechanics.

Came in to have a tire patched. was told it would be a couple of hours so i got a ride home. Couple hours later, mechanic calls to tell me the nail in my tire was in the sidewall (it was not). Later on when I came by to pick up my car, was told while the nail was actually on the outer edges of the tread area, they couldn't fix it because their insurance only allows them to fix nails in a small width area of the center of the tire. This was all very useful information and would have been more impactful IF YOU HAD TOLD ME ANY OF THIS BEFORE I LEFT MY CAR WITH YOU. Wasted an afternoon with this. Just be honest and tell me you would rather sell me a $375 tire than patch this perfectly good tire for 55$.

Very disappointed in Lambs. They used to be helpful and have good staff, but for the last few times I've had nothing but issues with them being constantly unresponsive. I called today at 4:30 on the dot and spoke to a man named Steve, who was fine on the phone and told me to come in. I said great if I come in in the next 30-45 minutes you guys can do the registration inspection? And he said "yes we're open until 6pm, come on in!" So I left home, sat in rush hour traffic for 30 minutes to get there, walk in and say "hi I just called about the registration inspection." And the guy Steve at the desk, in front of the full staff that can clearly see he's lying by the looks on their faces. Says "no we can't do one, the guy left at 4." And I said but I just called and spoke with you at 4:30pm and you told me you could do it and to bring it in. And he lied to my face and said no, the guy left at 4. What a terrible employee and horrible service. It's one thing to be rude, it's another thing completely to lie to someone's face. Especially after you were the person who told them to come in at rush hour. Really disappointed in how this place has gone downhill. Find another business. Firestone is always helpful, will be going there from now on.

Staff was nice enough. Made an appointment for 8am, was told it would be 1.5-2 hours (even though I had an appt). Didn’t get a phone call until almost 11am in which they told me they couldn’t do my inspection sticker without replacing not one, but ALL FOUR tires, Didn’t even offer to patch the one tire which had a huge screw in it. Picked up the car, had to ask them to even put air in it, took it down the road and got an inspection sticker no problem in under an hour.
