Recently moved to the area for my new job. Tried to apply here with my wife and 1 year old son, paid $250 for an application to be processed, on the application it ask for proof of income, well us being new to the area and me just starting my new job I did not have any pay stubs. I asked my employer for an offer letter and I submitted it. Well Abigail Celestino did not think it was sufficient enough and made my employer write up a whole new one! On top of that she asked me to have my employer email her! My employer does not have time for this and us also very unprofessional!! I went into the office and spoke to Abigail, asking her kindly to call my employer so she can verify my employment since she has to do it anyway. But no it’s to much work for her. Instead she DENIES my application and keeps my $250! My application never even made it to be processed!! I called her and kindly asked do a refund since I am going to need it to apply somewhere else, but she would not refund me. These people are scammers! They would rather my 1 year old son and wife be out on the streets rather than just making one phone call or give me my money back. They should be ashamed of themselves. People already have a hard time paying bills living pay check to pay check, and here they are putting more stress on people keeping there hard earned dollars and giving nothing in return.

It is great living here with plenty of services, nice community, and friendly and helpful staff. Alexis in particular helped in showing me all the amenities in the front office and in this community.

Paper thin ceilings. If you have an upstairs neighbor, prepare for creaking boards, stomping, and your light fixtures rattling. Lived on the first floor and there where always little flies everywhere no matter what I did. Foundation issues as well, so you might need some door stoppers. Had AC issues twice in about 8 months. Maintenance seems competent at least.

The community is beautiful and the amenities are great, especially the basketball court. The entire office staff is very friendly and Abby is very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns.

I've been on the hunt for a new mid- luxurious apartment lately and came across this property. Coming from out of state and comparing their website to what's in-front of me was embarrassing to say the least. I was utterly disappointed and underwhelmed at how poorly the property has been maintained over the years. The apartments look like it was built in the early 1990s. It wasn't giving luxury, it was giving haunted house. The place had cob webs in every corner, large pieces of chipped paint on every building, outdated appliances, inoperable light fixtures in the halls, trash overflowing and the model units needed a lot of work... so i can't imagine what the other units looked like. The tour was underwhelming. Their application process is strict and the rent is high for what you actually get compared to other apartments, it doesn't compare. When I tried to be honest the leasing office, the manager got offended and gave me attitude and started asking me about my job and "how do i make sure I'm doing my job effectively" I would never recommend this place to anyone. Bad service and terrible unkept property.

This apartment complex is not great as you think. You must read all the fine print on your lease. There are extra fees and charges that you wouldn't like to pay on top of your rent. They don't clean outside the apartment building - hallway and stairways. Bird poos are everywhere and litters on the stairs. The garage dump is nasty. It gets filled up so quickly. It's the ONLY one dumpster for 400 apt units. It's ridiculous. The leasing office and towing company are friends! I have seen vehicles towing off this property too often, way too often.

Living here is a blast! Especially when you've got amazing people working at the clubhouse. Coffee, good coffee. Would recommend, for sure.

If I could put zero starts I would, there trash is constantly overflowing, place is full of mold. If I could give zero starts I would, horrible management. Horribly employees. They do not care about the safety of there residents. They say there's nothing they can do then when forwards to this corporate office they hardly answer the phone and when they do they tell you no one is in right now that can help please call tommorow. Then they hang up the phone. Awful way to do business. If I could give zero starts I would, horrible management. Horribly employees. They do not care about the safety of there residents. My experience with all the individual that work as maintenance staff and leasing personnel are helpful, and want to get the job done. The Apartment are cozy get away for the rat race Austin Metro area. They apartment have a nice pools that is well maintained. The single bedroom apartment are enough space for living. The Maintenance staff are outstanding and response to workorders per a priority basis. The surround area meaning grass and trees are taking care by Las Brisas Apartments. I really like to the flower arrangements along the sidewalk and lease office. The people of the complex are quiet, and respectful. The Lease office personnel do and great job make one's transition comfortable and stress-less.

I moved in December 2022. Moved out in June. Maintenance could not figure out how to fix the leaky bathroom sink. The AC leaked onto the laundry room floor. The washer and dryer were so old, they spay painted the surfaces to make them white again. The upstairs unit had a major water leak that resulted in water flowing through my ceiling. When maintenance showed up, they said it was just a little seepage. I had to beg them to shut the water off as no one was living in that unit. A few days later, the cut the water back on, and it began to flow into my unit again. The gates to the complex never worked the whole time I lived there. I was told when I moved in, they were in the process of fixing them. That never happened. Trash…severe trash management issues as well. The area where residents put their trash was filthy…absolutely filthy…Here’s the best part…I left the carpet cleaner than when I moved in. The answer from Monica was that the carpet was worn and needed to be replaced but I would only be responsible for the part I used. After paying that bill. I received another bill stating that the first bill was wrong and that I actually owe more money. The funny thing is, the two bills added together are more than the replacement cost of the carpet as shown on their ledger….I’m not saying they are scammers but apparently they do not teach basic math at apartment management school.Stay away folks. You can do much better for the same money in a newer complex.

I live here for 3 years and it’s my last year. Secretaries are never well informed. You asked them something and they always say they will get back to you and take for ever so you have to call and call back if you need any answers. Prices are high for them to keep the hallways, pools, and dumpster in bad shape . Please go spend your money well it’s worth it .
