I called inquiring about a replacement part that I learned Leslie's Pool Supplies no longer carries. Isaac was so great and went above and beyond in helping me. He took the time to look up the part number and advise where I would be able to buy the part. I was so grateful for his extra, unnecessary efforts. I had called the Georgetown location first and had a terrible experience with the employee just hanging up on me, more than once, when I asked if they carried that part. They didn't even respond, they just hung up twice and then didn't answer the phone for several minutes after that. If you need supplies from Leslie's, I'd make Round Rock my go to location.

My pool vacuum was not working so I took it in for service as recommended by my pool company. I expected to drop it off and have to leave it for several days before it would be repaired but Richard, the store manager, told me he would have it fixed the same day!! I cannot sing his praises loudly enough. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be a repeat customer to this location and highly recommend.

The website showed they had an item in stock, so I drove to pick it up. It turns out they do not have it in stock, and the employees were very rude about it - even when I showed them the app that said they had 8 in stock. They told me to order online for store pickup. I did this and two hours later I get a notice that the order is cancelled with no explanation. Just go order from Amazon - at least then you know they actually have it in stock and will deliver.

All I can say is that the manager here is the best! I went to Hutto and they didn't know anything so I went to this location and the manager was extremely knowledgeable and got my pool cleaner up and running without. Paying me a fortune. Also he was able to get me the parts needed to fix a few pipes that froze during the freeze. My pool is at 100% and I would like to thank this location and the manager for getting my pool in perfect shape.

Someone please tell the staff at this location that saying "good morning" to customers and welcoming them into their store is basic expectation for human interaction.I careless if you are having a "bad" day, your attitude towards your customers who haven't yet asked you for any help is non-negotiable !!Never again will I step foot in this location.P.S. this was the messiest location I have been to.. foretelling about how the location is managed!!

This place has helpful staff that test your water free of charge within minutes. They have a store full of goodies.

I went to Leslie's Saturday the 21st of May. A man came in after me and asked for muratic acid. The guy said it's in the back I'm busy. I will never step foot on this establishment again. This was the second time. The first time the employee was on the phone and did not care that he had 2 customers waiting.

Leslie's is an awful company. They test your water and try to sell you products to 'fix' issues. However the fix is actually making your pool chemistry worse. The people in the store are not knowledgeable. They rely on a computer generated report but don't actually realize the generated report is contradictory. Also, the assistant manager Denise L and the manager Richard Hernandez are both very rude and not focused on customer service. I had to call the headquarters to get any support. I do not recommend Leslie's and especially don't recommend this store.

My pump failed due to freeze from last year... Leslie's ordered me a pump and installed on February 2021. Pump was defective out the box and tech ordered parts. After many unsuccessful calls with Leslie's it is now November and still waiting for a fix or some kind of solution from Leslie's. Have made multiple attempts to contact them and they tell me someone will call me back. Nothing. I have been polite, patient, and have even suggested different solutions to get things resolved. Leslies... make this right please or send a tech to remove the broken pump and give me a refund because other local pool companies can get me a pump within a week. Perhaps this situation can be used to help improve customer service.

Due to the freeze we blew out our filter and PVC. Steve Frye came out and got it installed as soon as the parts arrived. Our pool was empty as we were getting it replastered so he could not test the filter. Finally our plater job got completed Saturday. Once the pool was full late Sunday we turned on the equipment and there was a crack in another PVC joint.So I called Steve Sunday evening and he made a change to his schedule and he came over this morning to fix it up. Remember this is Memorial Day!Incredible work and customer service!! We highly recommend Leslie's Pool Service. Especially if you get Steve Frye as your technician! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Steve

I can't say enough good things about the service that was provided by there Tech Steve Frye. Being a new to the pool world Steve took his time and explained the ins and outs of all the pool systems and how to make your equipment last longer. Plan and simple he provided great customer service.
